Take in lovely mountain views from the furnished balcony along with views of the Blue River, the Riverwalk Center, and downtown Breckenridge. The well-equipped kitchenette has everything you need to whip up delicious breakfasts and savory dinners! Lift some weights at the on-site fitness center or engage in some playful competition on the tennis or basketball court.

When you aren't enjoying mountain views from the private balcony, the Quicksilver Super6 chairlift is a block away, providing easy access to the slopes. Main Street Breckenridge is also just steps away with its plethora of local eateries and shops. Downtown Breckenridge is also known for its year-long parades and events - making this a fun getaway no matter the season!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
