CO-Mountain Views and Main St. Too

Panoramic views of the Quicksilver super chairlift just outside your window in this ski-in/ski-out condo in the beating heart of downtown Breckenridge.  The location and the view cannot be beaten -- next to the lift and next to everything in Breckenridge's main street.
The best views in the building and no 8% resort fee required to use all the amenities.  Large studio with full kitchen (fully equipped), bath, and large screen TV with Netflix and Hulu when you get tired of watching the skiers on the mountain or the ski school just down from your window.

Amenities include 3 outdoor hot tubs, an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a special area for kids, a gym, sauna, steam room, pool table and shuffleboard, large group room downstairs with fireplace.  Common laundry facilities are just down the hall.

We have worked in technology from home for over two decades and simply move from one condo to the other without a permanent home.  This means we are not absentee owners but stay in our own places often.  We outfit each place to be comfortable, well equipped, with good internet speeds, and ready to host guests for skiing, hiking, visiting Yellowstone, going to the beach, or just working from home in a beautiful location.
This is a new listing for us, but check out our other listings in Colorado, Wyoming, Florida, and Texas. We are superhosts that enjoy providing guests with a great experience. We have had nearly 2,000 guests on the various rental platforms over the past 6 years and are proud to add this place to our list of offerings.
SKI STORAGE - Free ski storage is available at Christy's sports just downstairs and next to the Quicksilver lift. Vail Resorts does NOT allow our guests to store ski's behind the front desk --- sorry for that.

BRECKENRIDGE PARKING -- This condo is in the middle of everything.  There is no need for a car here.  However, if you bring a car you have two options.
First, request a parking reservation in the building for $35/day.  These reservations are in short supply so requesting one early is STRONGLY encouraged.  If you request the reservation, I will attempt to secure a slot for you.  If successful, I will request payment for the extra parking fee directly from you.  You cannot pay for parking reservations separately.
Second, Breckenridge is very restrictive in terms of overnight parking.  Two locations in Breck allow for overnight parking -- Ice rink lot or Airport road lot. 
Directions to the Airport Lot: The Airport lot is about 2 miles from the condo. Head 1.5 miles down Mainstreet, take the third exit on the traffic circle to Valley Brook St.  After 0.2 miles, turn on Airport road and proceed another 0.5 miles.  Parking is on the right. (what3words ///prefer.moments.navigated ).  A bus is available at this lot to return you to the transit station in Breckenridge.  You would then walk up Mainstreet (or change buses or Uber) to get back to the condo.
Directions to Ice Rink Lot: The Stephen C West Ice Arena (Ice Rink) is located at 189 Boreas Pass Rd. If you head south (towards Blue River) out of Town, turn LEFT at Boreas Pass Road (the stop light just past Park & Main). The Ice Rink is on your right just past the train. They have a huge parking lot to the left of the building. At the very back, they allow overnight parking. This is also the location where you can find the giant wooden troll – Isak Hearthstone  (///next.perceptions.porch )  Its roughly a 15-minute walk back to the condo.

Terrific property in perfect location

Unit in the Village at Breckenridge that has been updated and is in great shape! The property is thoughtfully stocked with everything you need for an easy stay at the bottom of Peak 9. It's just steps away from the lift and has really nice amenities. The view of the mountains from the unit is perfect and still close to all that town has to offer. Our hosts were really thorough with information and very pleasant and quick to reply to any communications. Can't wait to stay here again!

Perfect location and great views!

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy studio in Breckenridge! The location couldn't be more perfect—right by the ski lift and just a short walk to downtown, which made exploring the shops and restaurants so easy. Perfect location & amazing views

We absolutely loved this place!! It was so close to Main Street that everything was only a 5 minute walk. It’s definitely a ski in and ski out and was super close to the lift and bunny slopes. The view was just as great as the picture. Perfect size for 2 people. The hot tubs were very nice.

Excellent space for a couple

Had a great stay, this is a place best for a couple, maybe a third person to be most comfortable. It’s located in a prime area for skiing and for summer trips, being next to Main Street (shopping) AND the mountain (skiing). Communication with the owners was superb. The amenities are awesome. Would definitely stay again.Highly highly recommend getting a parking spot, it’ll be a tight squeeze for full size trucks.

Great place to visit

This property was clean and cozy. It had all the things we needed at the property - even cooking spray for our morning breakfast each day which was great! The bed was extremely comfortable too! The amenities at the Villages were awesome and super relaxing after a busy day to go to the hot tub. The workout facilities and pool table/game area was super clean and fun as well! We would 100% return to this location. The location of the condo itself is just as it describes - right in the heart of breckenridge making it super easy to get to all the places. It was short drive to some beautiful hiking areas well. I thought worth it to have paid extra for parking spot too.

2 night getaway

Perfect location in Breckenridge. Had a wonderful stay in this clean, well maintained studio. Host sent many messages so no part of the process was a surprise. If anything they sent more messages than needed. Only small complaint is that it was a hot summer day and the portable AC provided wasn’t able to keep it as cool and quiet as we would have liked to sleep. Overall great stay.

Great stay

This was our first time visiting Breckenridge and the property was great! It was a short walk from Main Street which allowed us to walk around, enjoy restaurants, and explore. The unit itself was cute! Just enough space for 2. It was clean, updated and nice! The check in process was easy and very well communicated. Any questions were quickly addressed and the owner reached out after check in to ensure everything was up to our standards. The room was a little warm but there is a portable AC unit to use. Overall a great time and I would recommend.

Perfect Getaway Stay

Great stay! Just as pictured. Owner/manager was available and quick to respond via text, before and during our stay. Space was perfect for 2 adults. Just 1 block to Main St where all the shops and restaurants are. Easy to walk everywhere we wanted; parked car in garage, for additional charge, and never needed it. Would love to stay again.

Great location next to Peak 9 Quicksilver Lift

My husband and I had a quick trip to Breckenridge for a few days of skiing. The condo at Village of Breckenridge was great and exactly as described. We had exceptional communication about details, including check-in/checkout and location. We took a Peak 1 Express shuttle from Denver airport and it worked out really well and didn’t need a car since we were just skiing at Breck. Loved being within walking distance of downtown. Local recommendations include getting coffee/breakfast from Cabin Juice and sit by fireplace located right inside Gravity Haus (never made it there for dinner), Breckenridge Brewery & Pub and Broken Compass Brewery for great craft beers/sours. Also liked Blue Stag Saloon. One note about the Quicksilver lift is that lines can get very long. Get to lift early or walk up hill/take shuttle to Beaver Run lift which had shorter lines in the morning. We waited up to 45 minutes in the lift line to get on the mountain. Several hot tubs at condo so there was always room for us apres ski. Thanks for having this great place available!

Great Property

Very clean studio, comfortable bed and with everything you need to enjoy your vacations. The space was enough for the three of us. We loved the view, every morning was breath taking. The apartment amenities were accessible and the best part was the hot tub after being in the mountains all day. Building is close to the Main Street with a variety of restaurants. Overall, we enjoyed being in this property.

Ski Vacation with Grandsons

The location is excellent. Ski lift is extremely convenient, and restaurants and grocery store are within easy walking distance. The view from the condo is amazing. The boys enjoyed the amenities downstairs. Although the condo is small, it met all our needs. The owners were responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely choose this place again.

This condo is just as the name describes. We loved seeing the mountains from the condo, and it was so nice to be on Main street and walk to shops and restaurants. The condo is comfortable and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed our stay!
