Broad sunny ski area & Ten Mile Range views bring the spectacular high country scenery into your vaulted great room. Wellington Home offers beautiful mountain views, full kitchen, large decks, and plenty of space for your group of 14 to spend time together or to have their own private space. The home has wonderful amenities including a private hot tub, fireplaces, and plenty of parking in the driveway and garage. Great location only 4 blocks & 5 min walk to Main St. 14 min walk to the gondola. Bus stop off the corner (Purple Route A Stop 239 on the Breckenridge Free Ride). Perfect for your ski vacation or summer getaway. This all-season destination also offers top-notch golf courses, scenic hikes, and so much more in the summertime.

The first floor of the home is where you will enter the home. There are lots of hooks and floor mats for boots at the entry way. Enter to a picture window with amazing views, large Livingroom with a mini bar and fireplace, and dinning area that shares the views.

The full kitchen is a chiefs dream with coffee maker and Keurig. A laundry room is also on this level. The oversized deck provides a dining area, grill and additional sitting areas.

Up a few stairs to the master suite with a five piece bathroom, large sleeping area with a fireplace and more picture windows. The private deck is a perfect area to enjoy the amazing view. A few more steps up to a study/sitting area that overlooks the living room and more picture windows!

The lower level has two master size bedroom's with access to the lower level deck. One has a queen bed and the other has a queen bed and two twins.

The basement features another kitchen, sitting area, bathroom and bedroom with a queen bed. It walks out to the back of the house and has it's own laundry area as well and there is also a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping.

This is a wonderful home just off Main St in Breck. Close enough to everything but far enough away to have some peace and quiet.

The home has plenty of indoor and outdoor space for a large group, including bathrooms. It is also well stocked with kitchen supplies, toiletries and a grill. Plenty of parking too. We also appreciated the welcome basket.

Something to note is there are signs all over the house that quiet hours are from 9pm to 9am. This was not an issue for our group, but something to note in case you are trying to have a party, which this house is not for.

One thing of note the house does not have AC. If you open windows and run fans it cools off fast, but something to keep in mind for summer stays.

Communication with the owner and local team was great. Always got a response within 24 hours when I had an inquiry.

Nice property in an excellent location. Were there on a ski trip and it was easy to take the shuttle to the lift and even a manageable (but not ideal) walk in ski boots.Living space was great for a big group and had spectacular views. Check-in/out process was extremely easy and property manager was responsive on email. Plenty of off street parking, though be mindful of driveway clearance if it snows a lot.Were multiple signs warning of neighbors calling the cops at 9pm so if you're looking for a late night hot tub this isn't the spot. We were not, so it was perfect, but worth mentioning.Didn't use the cooking or laundry facilities as we were only there for a weekend so can't comment either way but all looked in order.Overall a great place that we found at late notice for a busy weekend. Would stay again.

Great home in an excellent location

Great for our group of 9About a 15 min walk to the gondola in the mornings, even shorter walk to the Main Street shops and restaurants Clean, spacious, and the living area was a perfect hang spot. Would highly recommend.
