« We were in a town for a weekend of softball tournaments, we booked here because hotel rooms were double their usual price. It actually turned out to be better in the long run we had 2 bathrooms and plenty of space. The host was very informative and friendly and provided all the information we needed. We did not have any issues. We will definitely book this place again when return to College Station for tournaments. »

« This craftsman home is gorgeous! Clearly someone took a lot of time and love to restore it to what it is today. My husband, brother, and sister-in-law all commented that we wanted to live in that home and wished we could move it to our respective cities. « This was our second stay at this property. It's hard to find a place that accepts cats and the host was very accommodating on that front. The house was comfortable and is just a short drive from downtown Bryan, but getting to the University was pretty quick too. The neighborhood is quiet, and well off the main roads without being isolated. We enjoyed our stay. We'd definitely stay her again. »

« Kathy was such a pleasure to work with from the booking process all the way through our stay. Our every need was accommodated. The the property was everything we needed and a perfect stay with our weens, they loved the doggy door and long walks at the wild pen creek trail. The property was a perfect location for all our needs with our oldest being just down the road at camp on campus. We will definitely book again in the future and highly recommend. »

« This house had the essentials and was so quaint and clean. We had everything we needed for our stay. It is located in a perfect location, just one block from all things Magnolia. After touring the city, we learned many rental properties were not in very good/safe places, so we felt lucky to have stumbled upon this gem. It was located amid other rental properties and was easy to get around all the great things to do in Waco. We had a wonderful time! »

The kitchen/dining area were perfect for hosting, and the house was easy to find. We had a little bit of trouble with the lock box upon arrival, but the host was quick to answer our call and help us to find a solution. I would definitely stay here again! »
