« My experience at Motel 6 was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. The first issue was the condition of the rooms. They smelled strongly of smoke, which made the stay uncomfortable. But the bigger problem was with the staff and how my reservation was handled. I paid in advance for 7 nights, and during my 6th night, I returned to the hotel to find that all of my belongings had been removed from my room.
