« I was given a room on the second floor, no idea that the elevator was out when I reserved. Wouldn’t have been so bad, but I have mobility issues. Didn’t have a choice but to take the room. The tub fills with water as you shower, it doesn’t drain. »

« Always feels clean and comfortable! We stay every time we can when in College Station. »

« Clean and great service »

« Property is always clean, rooms are clean, nice beds… great and safe location!! »

« TV was difficult to operate. Had 2 remotes and no instructions. »

« Great service from team and manager. I had a small issue during my stay and I was very impressed by the care and attention I got in resolving the issue. Would recommand; the place is beautiful and amenities great quality. »

« The HVAC is so loud. The system had an awful high pitch sound. We were unable to run it while in the room. Management said they were sold out and couldn't change rooms. But on line they still had rooms available. They did offer a refund but it was a game weekend so there wasn't much available for the same price since we booked months in advance. The weather wasn't too hot so we were lucky we could open the windows »
