« From the moment we entered the Inn, it was like stepping back into time. We were amazed at how well preserved the property was, all while offering all of the present day comforts and amenities. « The hotel is beautiful and our room was perfect and very clean, Huge downside: our room #21, had the railroad tracks just outside our windows. The trains ran ALL night long, and blew their whistles multiple times as they came thru. I didn’t sleep at ALL. Worst night in a hotel I’ve ever experienced. Possibly another room might be better - but I would never stay there again to see. The trains ruined the positive experience of this historic hotel. »
