The breakfast was better than a lot of free hotel breakfast and for the most part, the staff was friendly. The common areas were clean enough but our room left a bit to be desired. The kitchen area was a little dirty and it could really use a remodel, but it was comfortable and quiet and definitely cheaper than other accommodations in the area.

Location is excellent and close to several local restaurants. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Host was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I would suggest mentioning in the property details that the apartment is upstairs.

Nice little house and nice yard. Bed was comfortable. However, living room furniture was not comfortable. Kitchen needs a major overhaul. Was dirty and very old.
