« Great neighborhood and location is in close proximity to good restaurants, shops. The property itself is stunning. Owners did not miss a detail. The decor gave the place an elegant feel that was unexpected, even after seeing the photos. We only used one of the bedrooms, but the bed was very comfortable, as was the living room furniture. Truly an immaculate property. Would live there if I could. »

« Picture perfect townhouse in a quiet, hoa community. Five minute walk or 2 minute drive to nearest restaurants and spas. Even more conveniences within 5-10 minute drive. Host began instantly communicating at booking and upon arrival. Remained available to communicate during visit and after check-out to answer questions. »

« Absolutely stunning home! The property is gated and private. There was plenty of driveway for parking. We had 4 couples all towing trailers and there was no issue finding room. The house itself was very clean. I felt like it was prepared for us, not like some places I've stayed where there are remnants of previous guests. The back porch was perfect for morning coffee. The two bedroom apartment over the garage was a nice surprise! Everyone had their own space in the house. This house was perfect...

« The property was very clean and attractive. The host was great at communicating before, during and after my stay. The location was close to lots of shopping and restaurants, but was surprisingly quiet considering its proximity to major retailers. »

« We were in Gainesville due to a family member being in the hospital. This house was the perfect location and set up for what we needed. Communication with Chris was awesome and he was extremely helpful when we needed to book an extra night. Plus, we got to see numerous deer every day! »

« Very clean. Unsure if it's a mistake but hot tub was listed in amenities but there wasn't one that we could find. This wasn't something we were planning to use anyway and the home was amazing and clean so I wouldn't take points off for that. Highly recommend. »

« Everything was great - very quiet neighborhood. Very large kitchen and living room and master bedroom and bath are large. The other bedroom very good size, plenty of closet space. Beds are very comfortable! House was very clean and just as pictured. There is a full size coffee maker. Patio was nice and private. Patrick was great - very quick to respond. I would highly recommend! »

"I liked the proximity to restaurants and shopping areas. Well located. I found my room clean. The housekeeper passed everyday to ask what needs to be replaced in the room. It's a pretty calm neighborhood. The breakfast is basic. The internet connection has trouble sometimes. Overall, it's a good ratio quality/price. One false note is that I needed help with my TV one day and it was not easy to get help. I called the front desk and I was told someone will come within minutes. No one came. My subsequent calls were not even picked up. I have to go to the front desk and insist. After that, the problem was solved right away. "
