There were 2 sets of laundry rooms, a refrigerator in each room, the bathroom are all updates and beautiful. Four minutes to downtown Gainesville was nice for going out to eat and activities. « Absolutely loved the house — very clean and comfy. Only minor glitches were the lack of a handrail on a portion of the stairs, a rather high step getting into the house, and part of the backyard fence was down. The high step and handrail thing required the elders in our group (77 and 98) to be assisted when going up or down, but there were plenty of willing helpers so easily overcome. The house was as described, had everything we needed (plenty of towels for 10 people and extra linens for air mattress and pullout couch), spacious, and the location was great and convenient to get to multiple venues in the Atlanta area. Reached out to the owner and other a question and they were very communicative and responsive from reservation to check out. I would stay here again. »
