Poor communication
The original contact with this property Roberto said to press the link in the email to sign the rental agreement and submit my credit card number. But there was no link in the email. So I replied that in the email. Then I tried calling more than once - no one answered. After a few days I called the VRBO customer service line and they tried calling numbers they had for this property. They called 3 times - no one answered. A few days before the scheduled visit I got an email from Roberto requesting my visa number. At this point I was not going to this place. I replied that I was cancelling.I continued to get emails telling me to enjoy my stay. Then one asking how I enjoyed my stay after I was supposed to be there.I don’t think then is a person managing this property. Just a computer or AI. It was very strange, not what I have experienced with other Vrbo properties
