The Space:
Designed to feel like your home away from home, The Hogue Penthouse is a meticulously kept, and nothing short of a serene getaway. Explore the many surrounding attractions like Silver Dollar City, a 61-acre amusement park, which is a quick 5 minutes away.

The interior of this home is bright and modern, with furnishings that are both inviting and functional. The open concept space features comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing after a day out, or enjoying a night in with movies on the large screen smart tv. Between the formal dining table with seating for 4 and the breakfast bar with additional seating for 3, there’s plenty of room for meals enjoyed at home. The spacious kitchen with its wide countertops and standard appliances also includes a toaster, coffee machine, and cookware for your convenience. Enjoy a covered balcony with outdoor furniture. There’s no better place to start the day with your morning coffee, share a meal, or unwind after a day of adventure.

This home sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living area.

Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed.

Bedroom #2 is the primary suite with a king size bed, smart tv, ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo, and direct access to the balcony.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.
- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.
- This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 dogs, 30 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125. To avoid fines, please make sure your pet is on a leash and that you pick up after your pet.
- As of March 1st, 2023, there will be a $5.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and cannot waive it.
- On day of arrival all guests will have to reach out to the local team to obtain the AMENITIES PASS to show to the Welcome Center at Stone Bridge.
- This is a walk-up unit with no elevator.
- A pack ‘n play is available for guest use.
- A queen size sleeper sofa is provided in the living area.
- The home has a second full bathroom off the living space.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- 2 parking spaces available.
- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

The Hogue Penthouse is located in StoneBridge Resort, a 3200-acre private golf community offering swimming pools, playgrounds, tennis courts, walking trails, a catch and release lake, basketball court, volleyball court, and an onsite restaurant. In addition to the many resort amenities just outside your door, you’ll be 20 minutes from Table Rock Lake where you can enjoy world-class fishing, water sports, boating, swimming, and an inviting family atmosphere. You’ll also be within 15 minutes of many outstanding hiking options, including the 362 acres of trails, scenic landscapes, and rolling green glades of the White River Balds Natural Preserve.

This ideal location puts you within 12 miles of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Great stay at Bermuda

The property was very nice. We took our younger kids to play on the playground beside the golf course-they had a great time there also. Easy to get into town and visit attractions. There are a number of rental folks in the community. One night a number of younger kids were having a party and playing music very loudly. The property management provided me with the contact information if I wanted to report the noise. It ended up dying down. Very good communication from the property management folks. Would stay here again!

Perfect place

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was great! Loved that there was a coffee maker for my husband and a Keurig for me and my daughter. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio. Loved the convenience of being able to cook and do laundry during our stay. Beds were comfortable and we all slept well. We would definitely stay again.

The property was ok. We arrived and my son went to use the bathroom and the toilet was clogged and full of poop. Plus it smelled. Someone came to unclog it, but it still was pretty gross after that and I had to clean it. It seemed as though a thorough cleaning had not been done on this property. Garbage and crumbs on the floors as well. We came home after a morning out to ants all over the kitchen counter and in food that was on the counter. I never heard of someone came to spray for ants or not. I informed the managers of the problem. The keypad also hardly worked on the first try. We had to multiple times type the code in many times to get the door to open. It wasn’t a terrible stay, but wasn’t great either. Not sure we would stay here again.

StoneBridge Village

We rented this property for some of our employees who attended our company's annual retreat at StoneBridge Village. Our employees were very impressed with the accommodations. The property was clean and nicely decorated. We will definitely return in the future.
