The space
The deck looks out on the seasonal pool and a playground, where you can take your kids for fun or enjoy your morning coffee or evening refreshment. The kitchen is fully stocked, including a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. There are new smart TVs in the main living space as well as each bedroom, with hi-speed internet wi-fi. One king Sleep Number Bed in the Master BR, one Queen Sleep Number Bed and one Queen Conventional bed are available in the second bedroom.
Please note that if the heating option for the fireplace is used, the glass front can get hot and kids should not be allowed to go near it.
Kimberly and Gary, the owners, manage the property themselves and stay frequently, both to enjoy the area and to insure that everything is maintained at a high level.
Guest access
Guests have access to all the community amenities during their stay. Be aware that the community amenities, including the hot tub, may be closed at times for maintenance or special events, which the host has no control over.
A door code for the condo, along with other information, will be sent one day prior to check in. Once checked in, you will receive a card to open the entrance gate during your stay.
