The Space:
The home’s private balcony truly feels like it’s lofted in the trees. An outdoor dining table is placed here so you can enjoy morning coffee, evening dinner, and conversation with friends looking out over the canopy of trees and the beautiful Branson sky beyond.
Inside the home, a cozy open concept area encourages relaxation and time spent together. The living area is furnished with a large couch, electric fireplace, and smart tv. Gather at the coffee table to play one of the provided board games, or enjoy the ambience of the fire during a night in with movies. The fully equipped kitchen stands ready for every food preparation need. When cooking a meal to enjoy at home, you have your choice of the indoor dining table for 6, or the outdoor table for 4, accessible through sliding glass doors.
This home sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a sleeper sofa.
Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub combo.

Valley View Treehouse is located in Holiday Hills Resort, a private community with its own video arcade, seasonal outdoor pools, 18-hole golf course, and more. This enviable location puts you less than 10 minutes from Downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley. Between your planned excursions and the fun you just happen to find, there’s truly something for everyone to enjoy.
In the heart of the Ozarks, you’ll also find there is no shortage of beautiful nature and outdoor activities to explore. Valley View Tree House is just a short distance to the can’t miss swimming, fishing, and boating on Table Rock Lake. Nature preserves, epic hiking trails, and scenic outlooks are all around.

Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
