Gather together for meals at the dining room table with seating for 6 or snag a more casual seat up at the counter for snacking. The Keurig coffee maker is certain to be your first stop in the morning on your way out to the balcony where you can enjoy your first few sips while soaking in the views of the water and golf course.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes 2 twin size beds and a smart TV.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, deck access, and ensuite bathroom with an oversized single vanity and shower/tub combo.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 dog, 30 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125. To avoid fines please make sure your pet is on a leash and you pick up after your pet.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles. Parking pass is required and will be located in unit upon arrival.

• This is a main level, walk-in unit – no stairs required.

• This property has access to the indoor pool which is open all year round. The outdoor pool and the hot tub by the outdoor pool is seasonally open

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
