The Space:

Inside, this home is designed with both couples and small groups in mind, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. The open kitchen makes cooking a pleasure, complete with a Keurig, dark countertops, and counter seating for four, plus all the comforts of home. Gather around the dining table for four to share a meal before heading into the sunlit living room, where a smart TV invites you to kick back and relax. This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between a private bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king-size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• This home is located on the top floor, requiring 16 steps to reach the main entrance.

• Lot parking is available for 1 vehicle on a first-come, first-served basis. A required parking pass will be provided at the gate.

• Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• This home is pet-friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 20 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

• Portable crib available.

• Long-term stays allowed.

• The communal outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Communal pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

• This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.
