The Space:
Located within the popular Fall Creek community, a stay at this 2-bedroom home places you within mere minutes from Table Rock Lake, just moments from all the water-themed activities your heart desires from fishing to paddling to sunset cruises along the winding waterways and so much more. Venturing north will have you embarking on an adrenaline-fueled adventure at Silver Dollar City, where thrilling rides, live demonstrations, and artisan crafts await. Downtown Branson and Branson Landing are a 15-minute drive away, jam-packed with a variety of dining, shopping, and attractions to suit anyone’s desires. If you’ve brought your golf clubs along, just wait until you see the variety of surrounding championship golf courses available beginning with Point Royale, right next door to the community.

Inside this cozy abode, soaring vaulted ceilings sit atop spaces loaded with charm from the comfortable furnishings to the country-chic décor. The living room offers a plush sofa and armchair to sink back in and stream all your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV. The single-wall kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to create meals in the convenience of home, with full-sized appliances and ample counterspace and cabinetry for preparation and storage. Gather around the formal table for dining or break out the cards for a spontaneous game night filled with fun and laughter. In the quiet morning hours, brew up a fresh cup of coffee and head out to the covered balcony to sip in style while you plan out your next set of exciting activities.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.

• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis. Parking passes are required and will be located in unit upon arrival.
• This home is equipped with one (1) external Ring security camera, located on the front door and actively monitoring the entrance and parking lot.
• This is a 2nd floor walk-up unit with 16 steps required.

Less than 6 minutes from Table Rock Lake, you’re within easy distance to world-class fishing, water sports, boating, swimming, and a generally inviting family atmosphere. You’ll also be within 15 minutes of many outstanding hiking options, including the 362 acres of trails, scenic landscapes, and rolling green glades of the White River Balds Natural Preserve.

This enviable location also puts you under 15 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.

HOUSE RULES:
• Check-In is 4:00pm and Checkout time is 10:00am.
• A late check-out may be available upon request, so please ask your Guest Services team for cost and availability prior to your checkout date. Failure to abide by this listed check-in and checkout times will result in a $50 fine for every 30-minute violation before or after the times provided.
• This is a "Non-Smoking" property. Smoking or vaping inside a unit is not permitted. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs.
• Pets of any kind are not permitted unless noted as a "Pet Friendly" unit. You will be fined $500 plus double cleaning fees.
• Always observe quiet hours of 10:00PM to 8:00AM, as there are neighbors close by.
• Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
• Do not move or rearrange the furniture.
• Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
• Do not park automobiles in the grass, as they will be ticketed and towed. There is also no trailer, boat, rv, jet ski parking of any sort at the properties.
• Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to vacate immediately without a refund.

Great Stay!

Nice property. Located in Branson, but just far enough from the bustle. Management was so accommodating and checking in that our stay was meeting our expectations. Communication gets 10 stars! We had a personal issue of a lost purse located after we left. Cindy not only retrieved it from the restaurant, but is seeing that it is being returned. How is that for customer service! Outstanding! Thank you, Cindy! We will be back.

Nice spot- needs TLC!

Overall, the place itself was cute and in a great spot for exploring Branson, but there were a few things that made the stay less than relaxing.-The “Torture Window” (as we called it): The downstairs bedroom has a large, uncovered half-moon window facing east, so you get woken up with the sunrise daily. If you love early mornings, you’ll enjoy it. If you want to sleep past 6am on vacation, maybe not so much.-Wasps: There is a wasp infestation in the building. They’re in the siding, the soffit, and even the hardware of the outdoor ceiling fans. The back porch was unusable during the day because of them. Host came and sprayed and seemed like this was the first they’ve heard of this issue. Multiple cans of wasp spray under the sink from previous guests suggest otherwise -Dryer issues: The dryer didn’t work during our stay, leaving us with two loads of wet laundry for 36 hours. Based on the checkout instructions asking guests to wash and dry towels, it's blatantly obvious that the host was aware there was a dryer issue before we arrived. Confusing checkout instructions: There is a printed “Welcome” guide inside the unit that has ENTIRELY different checkout instructions from what the app says including check out time and cleanup instructions. This could easily trip up a guest who assumes the printed instructions inside the unit are accurate and ends up getting charged a fee.If these things were addressed, Grand Welcome could be a 5 star stay
