Rustic Fields (Landing 43-4) is a WALK IN LEVEL condo with relaxing views of Table Rock Lake and a feeling of luxury that sleeps up to 9 people. It is filled with upgrades, is big enough for large families or multiple families (1400sq ft) with amazing views of Table Rock Lake. This Branson Vacation condo's location, right next door to The Landing at Eagles Nest Clubhouse & Silver Dollar City and amenities, makes sure that family fun is just steps away! The large kitchen is perfect for making family meals.

This unit is ideal for a large families or multiple families of to 9.  If you're looking for a vacation condo to spend time with your family during the day and relax after a night of Branson Live Entertainment shows and attractions, look no further. The living room area has plenty of seating with 2 couches and a dining table that seats 6 and 3 additional seats at the bar. After a long day visiting Silver Dollar City, nothing beats the short 1/4 mile drive back to the condo. This WALK IN LEVEL property has NO STAIRS.  Your family of up to 9 will have plenty of area to stretch and relax while winding down and enjoying some quality time together.

For a family of 9, you can enjoy King beds in both bedrooms for a great night's sleep. In the 2nd bedroom there is also a triple XL twin bunk bed that is perfect for kids. For additional sleeping, this unit offers a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The large master bedroom stands out thanks to a beautiful whirlpool bath. Do you have a netflix account, you can keep up with your tv shows while on vacation because all 3 tv's in the unit are smart TV's or you can watch Direct tv.

This unit also has access to an indoor pool, splash pad, and hot tub located at the Clear Lake Condo Rentals Clubhouse right next door. Hours are based on seasonality. Please ask for details. There is also an outdoor pool and splash pad, as well as a fitness center. Our guests often mention access that the Clubhouse amenities as one of the highlights of their stay! **surveillance camera in use in these areas. *****as of 10/1/2024, the playground has been removed due to new building construction. The resort anticipates is returning spring 2025****

Quick weekend getaway to use our season passes at SDC. Went all three days and condo was great proximity to park. Condo had plenty of space although the showers were very narrow!! Other than that it was well stocked clean plenty of room and a cool view of the lake and roller coasters! Easy to get to The Landing and Top of the Rock. Owners were quick to respond and easy to work with. Thank you for a great stay!

This unit is a very nice location for our purposes we spent two days at SDC, have stayed in the area many times and these units are in a great location. Everything was clean and maintained. We had 5 in our group, initially we were bringing 7 so there was plenty of room. It is a three story complex and this is on the parking level 2nd floor, so if there are guest above you it is noticeable but fortunately for us was not an issue. The views are fantastic and we would definitely stay here again.

The location is fantastic, right next to Silver Dollar City but still close to town. The condo was just as listed. The pool was nice for the kids and the splash pad is great if you have little ones. We didn’t cook but the kitchen had everything you would need. It was a nice stay and communication with the host was great.

This is a perfect place to stay if you are visiting Silverdollar city. It’s just two minutes away. The facilities were in tiptop shape and just as advertised. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the splash pad. Great stay for everyone of all ages in our family.

We loved staying here. It was so much better than staying in a hotel. The owner had very good communication with us. The condo was even nicer in person than the listing shows. It was 3 minutes from Silver Dollar City but a bit of a drive to get in-town. I wish the pool stayed open past 8pm and unfortunately the hot tub was not working while we were there but those were the only two downsides.

This property is exactly what is in the pictures. My family and I spent 5 nights here for spring break. It was our first time visiting Branson and I will say, we definitely enjoyed ourselves. The house is conveniently located near everything. It has all the basic essentials you’d need. We just made a grocery store run and cooked in the home most nights. Having children, a swimming pool is something we always search for when planning a vacation and this place has an indoor pool, hot tub, and splash pad. The views are amazing too. We sat on the back patio and watched the sun set almost every evening. We will be looking to stay here again for sure.

We stayed two nights for our trip to Silver Dollar City. It was easy to find. Check-in process was easy, and the lady at the front desk of the clubhouse was very helpful. We LOVED the close access to the pool, and my kids LOVED the pool! It is not attended by a lifeguard, but lucky for us, my oldest son is a certified lifeguard so it was no problem. We had plenty of space in the condo, and it was the perfect launching off spot for our big long day at SDC. My kids especially loved being able to see SDC from the balcony, as well as being able to see the condo from the viewing platform of the big rollercoaster! Thanks again. We would love to stay here again in the future.

We did love the facility. The indoor pool and hot tub were great for the winter cold. Very clean and maintained property. My only complaint would be something that is out of your control and that is the water pressure. Other than that it was great. Will be coming back!
