• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• This home is equipped with 1 external Ring security camera, located to the left of the front door and monitoring the outside entryway.

• Portable crib & high chair provided.

• Long-term stays allowed.

• Guests of this home receive special discounted rates at the Pointe Royale Golf Course.

• The communal outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Communal pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

• This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.
