Admire the view of Table Rock Lake from this beautifully redecorated two bedroom, two bathroom condo in the heart of the Ozarks! Just minutes from Silver Dollar City and just steps from the neighborhood pool (open seasonally)! This location is perfect for enjoying all that Branson has to offer!

The Space:
Step right into this freshly updated, main level condo to start off an amazing Branson vacation! The open living area allows everyone to be included and the 12 ft ceilings make every room feel extra spacious! Perfect for a mid-day nap or another option to sleep the night away, a new twin size sleeper chair has been added to the Master bedroom. Guests will enjoy new flat panel Smart TV's in the Great Room and both bedrooms to view favorite channels, programs, apps, games, or devices.

The Neighborhood:
The Cliffs Resort is a beautiful hidden gem in the midst of the Ozarks! The three story condo building sits up high OVERLOOKING TABLE ROCK LAKE and providing a year-round view of the rolling hills of the midwest. In the summer months, you can relax or swim at the Resort's pool enjoying that same view of the trees and the water! The two level INFINITY POOL is located right next to Building C and open Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend!

There is also a common's area with TWO CHARCOAL GRILLS where you can cook up your favorites on a cool evening! And a wood burning FIREPIT ready for roasting smore's with your loved ones!

Getting Around:
Or head out to enjoy all that the city of Branson has to offer! One of the biggest attractions is Silver Dollar City, an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing roller coasters, live shows, cave tours, and a multitude of craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and so much more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave! The entrance to Silver Dollar City is conveniently located just TWO MILES from the condo!

The HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district, is located just 15 minutes away! Explore the wonder of the Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of local barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's!

The Branson Landing offers another plethora of activities! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on lake Taneycomo! Walk through Bass Pro Shop, the gold standard for any type of outdoor gear, let the kids feed the ducks down by the water, or enjoy the fire and water show on the hour each evening!

AND... don't forget about Table Rock Lake! With Indian Point Marina only 9 minutes from the condo, renting a boat or jet skis should be high on your list to experience the beauty of the Ozarks from the water! Several places around town also offer canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or even fishing tours! There will be no shortage of things to do when you come experience the vacation life in Branson, Missouri!

CANNABIS AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE POLICY: Usage of cannabis (marijuana) and any other federally prohibited drug is not allowed on or near the home, property, or premises. Further, any / all guest(s) may not engage in any illegal drug-related activity, including but not limited to recreational or medical cannabis on or near the home, property, or premises. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay if any guest(s) engage in such activities. If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. Guests forfeits their stay and will not be permitted to return to the property if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises.

BOAT RENTAL OR STORAGE!
Indian Pointe Marina is just 9 minutes away and offers a variety of boat rentals if you want to spend a day out on the lake! The State Park Marina is only 20 minutes away and would be another great option! If you are bringing a boat with you, both marinas are available for you to set up plans for easy storage, as trailers and boats are not permitted to be stored on The Cliff’s property.

Interaction with Guests:
No need for keys! You will be able to check yourself in with the keypad lock on the front door. We want to give you your space but we are local, and will be available to help if you need anything!
