This is the perfect Ozarks retreat! This WALK IN level (no stairs) vacation rental offers 2 bedrooms, 1 temperature controlled sunroom/bedroom, 2 baths, and serene views of a lovely pond. Recently remodeled, large and comfortable, and conveniently located in a resort bordering Lake Taneycomo and Fall Creek Marina and only minutes to Table Rock Lake and everything that Branson has to offer! Enjoy the relaxing views of the adjacent pond and take advantage of the proximity to the Marina.
The space
Conveniently located off the main drag (highway 76) and within 10-20 minutes of all Branson has to offer; shows, great food, shopping, and amazing views.

We are dog-friendly and welcome your furry friend. The resort has a 40lb restriction on dogs and we must adhere to that guideline. There is a $75 pet fee, just choose the pet option when booking and it will be added automatically. Please let us know about your dog when booking. We ask that unattended dogs be crated and not allowed on beds or furniture.

Fall Creek Marina is only a quick walk from the condo - enjoy all that Lake Taneycomo has to offer; boating, hiking, and fishing. Fall Creek Marina is located on the upper end of Lake Taneycomo, about 2 miles from Table Rock Dam. Boat and fishing rod rentals are available. Lake Taneycomo is one of the world's premier year-round trout fishing lakes in the country.

You have access to the entire condo and private enclosed sunroom. Feel free to use any of the outdoor grills, gazebo, and picnic table areas around the condo complex, as well as the playground near the Marina.
Other things to note
This is a self-catering property, but we do provide the basics to get you started - coffee, sugar, salt and pepper, toilet paper, soap, shampoo/conditioner, and basic cleaning supplies. If you require additional items or quantities of those provided you will need to provide those. Multiple grocery and convenience stores are nearby.
