The property features two spacious bedrooms each furnished with a plush king bed and two full bathrooms for added privacy. The primary suite includes an ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub and dual sinks. The open concept living area flows into a fully equipped kitchen and dining space where a pull out sofa provides extra sleeping capacity. Guests can unwind by the electric fireplace or enjoy entertainment on smart televisions in every bedroom. The outdoor experience is highlighted by a screened in back deck offering serene lake views and a side porch perfect for morning coffee. Guests also enjoy full access to the extensive amenities at Pointe Royale Resort including indoor and outdoor pools tennis courts and a championship golf course. We are part of the "Stay & Play" offered by Pointe Royale. Call the Pro Shop to schedule your tee time. The cost is $60 per person for 18 holes with a cart (regularly $109.99).



Guest Access:

You will have complete private access to your entire condominium unit, which is conveniently located on the first floor for easy entry. We provide free parking directly in front of the property, and the entire space is level with no stairs to navigate, ensuring a smooth arrival. Beyond your private retreat, you are welcome to enjoy the extensive resort amenities, including the indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, gym, and beautiful garden areas. Please note that while we are located on the waterfront of Lake Taneycomo, swimming is not recommended due to cold water temperatures, so please enjoy the lake views and nearby water sports at your own risk.

You are perfectly positioned to enjoy the best of the Ozarks, with world class golf courses right at your doorstep and the scenic Lake Taneycomo just out back from your condo. The neighborhood is renowned for its tranquil atmosphere and resort style amenities, including swimming pools, a gym, and tennis courts. You are only a short 4 mile drive from the famous Branson Strip, where you can explore endless entertainment, theme parks, water parks, and a variety of family friendly dining options and local shops. 8 miles to the convention center, 4 miles to Table Rock Lake, and 9.6 miles to Silver Dollar City.



Getting Around:

You are more than welcome to walk anywhere in Pointe Royale, as sidewalks are provided throughout the resort. For those arriving by car, we offer free parking on the premises, including designated disabled parking spots. Branson is best explored by vehicle, and our location provides convenient access to major local attractions and transit routes. The Branson Airport is approximately a twenty minute drive from the property, making it easy to reach our lakefront retreat.



Other Things to Note:

Important guest information for your stay at our lakefront condominium. Please note that Pointe Royale resort strictly prohibits parking for trailers, boats, watercraft, recreational vehicles, or campers. The use of fireworks of any kind is strictly forbidden on the premises. Our property maintains a strict no pet and no smoking policy to ensure comfort for all guests. Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 07:00. Check in is available from 16:00 and check out is required by 10:00. As we are located on Lake Taneycomo, please be aware that this is a cold water lake where swimming is not recommended. Guests swim or wade at their own risk and should remain mindful of water levels, which may rise due to dam operations.
