This ground-level condo has everything you need to feel right at home. The living area is comfy and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day at the theme park or downtown. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for any meal you feel like making. And the bedroom features a plush king bed with fresh linens that just might make it hard to get up in the morning. Need more space? There’s a sleeper sofa with extra bedding included.

You’ll love being just steps away from the brand-new outdoor pool, firepit, gazebo, and kids play area—perfect for families or a quiet couples getaway. Across the parking lot is an indoor gym and pool and just a few steps away is a brand new dock for fishing and even a boat launch. Everything is clean, modern, and thoughtfully maintained. Fast WiFi and a smart TV are ready when you need some downtime, and there’s plenty of space to kick back, spread out, and settle in.

While this condo is on the ground floor, the parking lot is on the opposite side of the building. It’s just a 50-foot walk to the entrance, and you can either take the sidewalk around the building or use the elevator through the lobby for easy access.

There are aqua Zumba classes and aqua aerobics for an hour in the morning and an hour in the evening. You are welcome to join the classes at no additional fee but the pool is not available for open swim during those times.
