    Welcome to Summit Breeze! We have sought to equip our home to a high standard and to anticipate your needs for a comfortable stay. The house is close to Chateau Mountain amenities (within walking distance) - indoor/outdoor pool, pickleball court, basketball court, and playground. The house has 10 bedrooms! 6 are ensuite bedrooms, and 2 fun bunk rooms. As you walk into the home, you will notice the beautiful lakeview from inside the home. The main level deck is amazing, with plenty of seating and a propane grill. The living area has a fireplace and a big screen TV. Plenty of dining seating for the whole group - Just added an additional dining table. The lower level has a pool table, foosball, big screen TV, and arcade. The lower level leads to another deck with lake views, a hot tub, and fire pit. Plenty of parking out front and close to community amenities. Bedroom layouts are as follows:

    Main Level - (1) King Bedrooms, (1) King Bedroom w/twin daybed and trundle, (1) bunk room with 4 twins

    Upper Level - (2) King Bedrooms, (1) King Bedroom w/twin daybed and trundle

    Lower Level - (1) 2 Queen Bedrooms, (2) 1 Queen with Twin, (1) Bunk Room with 3 twins

    NO SLEEPER SOFAS

    All bedrooms have smart TVs

    Kitchen is stocked with all the essentials along with supplying toilet paper, paper towels, body wash, shampoo conditioner, hand soap, laundry soap, and coffee. Book with confidence! I provide great customer service as noted in reviews of my other properties.

The description is very accurate and the host responds very quickly. We had five families stay and there was enough space for everyone. The bedrooms are large and there are so many bathrooms! There is one bathtub in the basement. It is very close to the pools and playground. Great stay!

The property was as described and large enough to accommodate our group of 25. The proximity to Branson and the lake made it easy for everyone to do what they enjoyed. The owner was also very responsive to all questions.

Exceeded Expectations

Everything about this property was excellent and on point! Cindy was very helpful and made a point to ensure everything was taken care of for our stay. This is the perfect stay for large groups or families. The amenities were wonderful. Our youth students and adults had a great time.

We loved this house! It was clean and inviting, spacious for an extended family gathering of 25 people. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and beds. They provided a pack n play which was helpful, and were quick to answer any questions we had. Also loved the dining area with two large tables so we could eat together and the open living areas both adjacent to the kitchen/dining and downstairs. The hot tub worked and was great even with the cooler weather we had. Also the view was beautiful, overlooking the lake as described in pics. We would totally stay here again!

Very clean, host was great There were 27 of us. Plenty of room. Close to pool and view of lake was awesome. Not far from town. Would definitely stay there again!

Family's Christmas in January

There were 18 of us including 6 couples. There wasnt a single bedroom that wasn't spacious, beautiful and perfect for a single or a couple. The 2 bunk rooms were great

Wonderful scenic view

Beautiful area! Communication with host was easy and she replied quickly. Hot tub didn’t have any chlorine in the floaty but I contacted the host and she would have had the maintenance person come if I would have notified her sooner but we had been gone all day. Loved the location! Had a wonderful time!

Amazing house, location, and host!

The house was breathtaking and the view was awesome. It was massive and fully stocked with so many plates, utensils, and other items that house rentals never have that made our stay really seamless. There were just a couple small hiccups that we came across but Cindy was on top of it quickly and got it resolved. If we go back to Branson, we will 100% be staying here again.
