« The area was easy to find. The room was very clean. The breakfast was good. The cinnamon bites excellent. I would sY breakfast wS better on Monday morning than Sunday morning. Staff promptly answered all calls to the front desk and was able to answer my questions. Loved the music playing throughout the hotel. »

« nice room with comfortable bed...has a fridge but no microwave....they need to put a mircowave in the rooms...nice hot shower and the room was very clean.....nice hot breakfast and super friendly staff...Sue called me herself to make sure all was ok....my phone in the room was dead and I told the front desk...it never got fixed so I guess they were busy....I didn't really need it so it didn't matter to me...didn't have a clock in the room...I think they should put an alarm clock in the rooms for...

« This room was fine for the price paid, definitely not deserving of an excellent rating. It's a dated and dingey property but I do think they try to make the best of it. We were there in April and it was very quiet. Beds were terrible, though. If you have any back/joint pain, I would recommend going elsewhere. Location is excellent. »

« Hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, waffles, toast, sausage, and cereal. Not a big choice of items but very fresh. Room was very clean, staff is very friendly and competent. Plenty of parking. Weve stayed here numerous times and have always been happy. »

« Exterior room door was in bad condition, dented and cracked paint had been painted over. When I drove up and saw that I almost left. Inside the room had been remodeled and was clean, except it had a bare unfinished concrete floor that had once had carpet. The room was dark and lacking a light by the bed. The one redeeming thing was a great blanket rolled up on top of the bed. »

« Clean room, friendly staff, great pool and breakfast. Room smelled a little musty at first entry, but improved with air on higher setting. Room was bigger than expected for an older building. Great location next to Titanic museum and many shows and restaurants. »

« I had a great stay overall. The breakfast was fresh and had a good variety, which was a perfect way to start the day. The pool was very clean, and the hot tub was warm and relaxing. I also really appreciated the small convenience store on-site—it was stocked with microwavable food and drinks, which made grabbing a quick snack super easy. I would definitely stay here again! »

« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« Everything was great! Clean, nice rooms. Loved the convenience of having 3 beds, for larger families. Loved that the pool/hot tub is open 24/7, so if your coming in late and like to soak after a long day, your not on a time crunch to be out by 10:00, like every other hotel. Will definitely stay here again! »
