Luxus Penthouse Zentral
The 4-room apartment with three bathrooms, a sauna, two underground parking spaces and a panoramic view of the centre of Brand and is very conveniently located.
FACILITIES:
In addition to this almost idyllic location, the penthouse, which will be completed in 2022, also offers many other features that create a good mood:
On the one hand, the exclusive sauna on the SW-facing terrace, which boasts a panoramic view - even while taking a sauna.
In addition, the three bathrooms are certainly a "delighter". Why not ensure that each bedroom also has its own bathroom?
A spacious balcony, which extends on two sides of the building, is characterised by the morning and afternoon sun, as far as the mighty peaks of the Rätikon allow.
The holiday guests can also count on almost everything in terms of furnishings and fittings, which will take some of the work off your hands and make your holiday the most beautiful "season" of the year.

On the one hand, it is within walking distance of the most important service providers, many restaurants and various shops. The local grocer's shop (approx. 100 metres), the sporting goods shops and the sports equipment rental shops (from approx. 50 metres to 400 metres) as well as several restaurants in the village (the closest approx. 300 metres) are centrally located from the luxury penthouse. The most important feeder lift to the skiing area Brandnertal in winter as well as the very popular and freely accessible bathing lake can also be reached quickly and easily without a car or ski bus at approx. 300 metres.
