The 3-room apartment with two bathrooms, a panoramic sauna, an underground parking space and a panoramic view of the center of Brand is extremely conveniently located.
FURNISHING:
Despite its privileged, central location, the luxurious holiday apartment is almost idyllic. The house in which the apartment is centrally located with a panoramic sauna - with the address Mühledörfle 122 - is set back parallel to the main street. In addition, this road is not heavily frequented because Brand, located at the end of the valley, does not have to endure through traffic.
In addition to this almost idyllic location, the holiday apartment, which was completed in 2022, also offers many “specials”:
The exclusive sauna on the terrace (facing SW), which offers a mountain view of the Rätikon, even while taking a sauna.
The two bathrooms are further “delighters”. Ensure the highest possible level of privacy for all travel participants.
The deep and very spacious terrace facing SW always guarantees sunshine, provided the mighty peaks of the Rätikon allow it.
When it comes to equipment, holiday guests can look forward to almost everything that will save you work and make your holiday the most beautiful “season” of the year.

Within walking distance of local service providers, the most popular restaurants and many other shops.
The local grocery store (approx. 100 meters), the well-stocked local sporting goods stores, the sports equipment rental shops (from approx. 50 meters to 400 meters) and numerous restaurants in the town (the closest one is approx. 300 meters) are also accessible from the Central Apartment with a panoramic sauna Easy to reach by car.
VICINITY:
The most central feeder lift (with apre-ski fun guaranteed) to the Brandnertal ski area in winter as well as the freely accessible and family-friendly swimming lake - the Alvierbad - can be reached quickly and easily on foot at around 300 meters.
