ADDITIONAL GUEST COST: The base price is set for 2 guests. There is an extra charge of $20 per additional guest per night. Up to 4 total guests total - including children.

PETS: We love our Pets and are Pet friendly. We do have a pet fee so if you did not add your pet to the registration please revise and add your pet. We prefer you don`t leave your pet unattended in the cabin but if they are trained and won`t cause damage you can use your judgement. A maximum of three pets are permitted. The Pet fee is $120 for the first pet and $90 for the second pet and $60 for the third pet. If you bring 2 or 3 pets, let us know as Airbnb`s system only allows us to charge for one pet automatically so we will have to send a request to pay those fees. Please note that pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Additional cleaning fees will be imposed if pets have been allowed on furniture or beds. Pick up after your pet`s waste both inside and out. We do supply a water and food dog bowl. BEFORE you leave - Please sweep up any pet hair and dispose of waste in trash. There is a broom and dustpan in the upstairs closet at the top of the stairs. Cleaning fee of $300 will be charged for any pet waste left in the cabin or on the property.

HERE ARE THE HOUSE RULES AND GUIDELINES:

LOCATION: The address of the cabin is 2236 Italy Hill Road, Branchport, NY 14418. It is in the Finger Lakes region of Upstate New York which is a bit remote and secluded so the closer you get the less you might have cell phone service. Also, while the official address lists Branchport as the city I have noticed you must enter the city as Italy for it to find the correct address on the GPS. When you arrive, you will see a mailbox across the street from the driveway. Please make sure you are at the correct driveway numbered 2236. It is a long gravel driveway and if it rains there can be some puddles. They are not too problematic but will for sure cause your vehicle to get muddy. Also to state the obvious: drive through any puddles and don`t stop in any of them as you may get stuck When it snows someone will plow but only after the snow stops. Please reach out to us to coordinate your arrival and departure when it is snowing. There is plenty of parking at the end of the driveway which has a circle to drive around to head back out. To get inside the cabin there is a keypad on the front door. The code is going to be the last four digits of your cell phone.
