« This home has so many amenities and is very clean and well taken care of. There was items like aluminum foil and spices as well as coffee to help our stay be even better. Plus the owners are readily available if you have any issues. There was firewood on the property and the hot tub was hot and clean. The beds and furniture are very comfortable and the peaceful surroundings are so relaxing. Will be coming back for sure »

« Location is convenient, house adorable, furniture is a big denim hug. Cozy if its chilly at night - great deck area to get a nice tan. Bed is super comfy with a great view of water. And our favorite- a shower wand! Keurig handy as well. We ordered pizza up the road and had breakfast at Cafe 106. Played pickleball near water plant -nice courts. »

« We stayed here the weekend of a large event at the fairgrounds. Plenty of room for Trailers. We had two trucks with two car trailers! Was nice to have a quiet place to come back to after a few busy days! »

« We were five older adults (2 couples and a single),and were able to put each household on their own floor with their own bathroom and a king bed, which was great. The kitchen is very nicely stocked with pans, knives, dishes, etc, which made it much easier to have family dinners together. The deck is really terrific. Our only caution is that there is a house being constructed next door. The foundation is pretty close to done, but we got one morning of the constant beep beep of earth-moving...

« We loved our stay at William house. It was cute, clean and comfortable. The basics were all stocked. The location to downtown was great. We walked to the water, restaurants, and breweries. My only complaint (which would not prevent me from booking again) is the plug in air fresheners and oil diffusers. They were overwhelming. »

« Was not there for lake activities, ORV activities. House is just a short drive to the trails and everyone seems very welcoming to the ORV people. Pros, gracious owners who open their property up to guests and pets. I made sure mine were on there best behavior and I picked up all there poop. « We held a (belated) 60th birthday celebration weekend for my mom over Memorial Day weekend. The house was great and the listing accurate. We did have a small issue with our GPS not bringing us to the correct location but we got used to it. The house is on the small side, but we all fit fine and enjoyed our stay. »

« Ludington was even more fun than we anticipated. They have so many great bars and restaraunts with a very reliable cab system. The location was perfect between beach access and downtown. It was cold while we were there but it was still close enough to walk wherever you would want to go. Property manager was very attentive and pleasant. »

« We rented this cabin and our friends rented the one next door. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked every meal there. Wish we used the pickleball court more -- playing with Don and Sondra was one of the highlights of our trip! One thing we didn’t expect was how close some of the RVs were to the cabin. Everyone was very nice and it didn’t actually bother us, but just wanted to note. Thanks for a great stay!! »
