A short stroll—or an easy golf cart ride—down the wooded path leads you to the lake, where the day unfolds with swimming, boating, and laughter along the shoreline. Guests are welcome to bring or rent a pontoon or watercraft to enjoy the lake. After a day on the water, unwind around the fire pit or share dinner on the patio while the sounds of the lake fade into the night.

For motorsport enthusiasts, this property has four season passes to Brainerd International Raceway available for guest purchase, offering an exciting addition to your Northwoods adventure. The included golf cart makes it easy to move between the house, lake, and nearby activities.
As the weather turns crisp, the home transforms into a cozy winter retreat. Guests can soak in the outdoor hot tub beneath a blanket of stars or curl up by the stone fireplace as snow falls quietly outside. With its spacious layout and warm atmosphere, the home is ideal for multi-family vacations, holiday gatherings, or a peaceful escape from the everyday.

Please note that this property is located on North Long Lake, behind Brainerd International Raceway. Track days and racing events may take place weekly, and noise from the raceway may be heard at the property. Most noise is expected to occur during daytime hours.

• Quiet hours are between the hours of 10 pm to 7 am, Sunday through Thursday; and 12 am to 7 am, Friday and Saturday. No loud music, screaming/yelling, etc.
• No parties are allowed; this includes bachelor/bachelorette, etc.
• Noise complaints will result in fines and citations from local law enforcement

➝ A signed rental agreement and safely screening is required to book with us.
➝ Smoking is not allowed!
➝ Dock and water toy installation and removal are seasonal and dependent on weather and water conditions. We do our best to have them installed by mid-May and available through mid-October; however, timing may vary depending on water levels and weather. If you have any questions about when these amenities will be installed or removed, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
