Guests are welcome to bring or rent a pontoon or watercraft to enjoy the lake. After a day on the water, unwind around the fire pit or share dinner on the patio while the sounds of the lake fade into the night.
For motorsport enthusiasts, this home includes four season passes to Brainerd International Raceway available for guest purchase, offering an exciting addition to your Northwoods adventure. The included golf cart makes it easy to move between the house, lake, and nearby activities.
As the weather turns crisp, the home transforms into a cozy winter retreat. Guests can soak in the outdoor hot tub beneath a blanket of stars or curl up by the stone fireplace as snow falls quietly outside. • Quiet hours are between the hours of 10 pm to 7 am, Sunday through Thursday; and 12 am to 7 am, Friday and Saturday. No loud music, screaming/yelling, etc.
• No parties are allowed; this includes bachelor/bachelorette, etc.
• Noise complaints will result in fines and citations from local law enforcement
