To help you get settled, we provide a limited supply of essential starter items upon arrival. These are intended to get you through the first few days and may not last for the duration of your stay,.

Other things to note;
-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.
- Pets are welcome, however, we do charge a $150 non-refundable fee per pet*.We are also willing to accept a cat.
-A mandatory pool heat fee of $25 per day is required from November to March. We aim to keep the pool at 86°F, but if outdoor temperatures drop below 70°F, the water temperature may decline. Please note that specific temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
*Due to online booking policies, some payments may need to be submitted after the booking is reserved and confirmed. Please let us know if you have questions about the policies prior to booking.
- Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and Government-Issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property.
-Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee.
-Payment Policy: Full payment due if check in within 60 days, Half due if check in greater than 60 days, Final Payment due 60 days prior to check in.
