This boating "Key West" style community is located within biking distance from Anna Maria Island and mile from the entrance to Robinson Preserve by foot. This fully fenced (with exception to seawall) ground floor property offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a private screened in ...pool and spa. The location is excellent offering easy access to both island and mainland activities.

Is boating, kayaking, or fishing your thing? Sunshine Villa is the PLACE FOR YOU!!! Just a few paddles away from (Robinsons Preserve) THE BEST kayaking in the area! Plus, no bridges out to the bay from this beauty! Sunshine Villa is located on a canal with a 90 ft seawall and fishing dock that also has electric, running water and a 10,000 lb boat lift. A waiver must be signed for use of the boat lift. There is also a ladder if you choose to go for a swim or kayak (swim & Kayak at your own risk). This home was built on a larger canal that is approximately 120 ft across and you are minutes from being in the open waters of the Gulf of Mexico!

This property features a split open floor plan. Upon entering there is a formal living room and two nice sized bedrooms. These bedrooms are separated by a guest bath that offers a tub/shower combo. One bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, and the other guest room offers 2 twin beds (bunkbed) and a twin a trundle. From the living room you have a flowing, open concept that allows you to see through to the water as you enter the custom kitchen and wet bar. The wet bar is adjacent to the family room which offers tons of natural light and views of the pool/spa and canal. The owner's retreat is just off the family room and offers a king-sized bed, ensuite bathrooms and a view of the canal. The master bath features an oversized soaking tub with shower and double sink vanity.

The lanai/pool deck is screened in with pavers and the spa is heated. Outside the screened area, pavers lead to the fishing dock that has a seating area to enjoy sunsets and catch a glimpse of the occasional dolphin or manatee in the water.

*Check in time is 4pm on the day of your arrival, Check out time is 10am on the day of your departure. No early access or late departure is allowed unless special arrangements are made with our office, Our cleaning and Inspection team need time to ensure the rental is clean and safe for your stay*

*There is enough room for 4 cars to park at this home, 1 vehicle can fit inside the garage*

*A starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, coffee & tea, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided at check-in. Also available if requested, while supplies last, is a toothbrush and sewing kit. Any additional items that you may need during your stay can be purchased at one of the local grocery stores.*

*White Duvet covers and inserts, white bed linens, multi color beach towels, white bath towels, white wash clothes, white bathroom floor towels, black makeup towels, kitchen towels, premium pillows, vacuum sealed throw blankets*

*Pools are heated from approximately Thanksgiving to Easter only and are set no higher than 80 degrees. Spa temperatures default to the pool temperature when not in use and are able to reach 100 Degrees under normal weather circumstances. During colder weather, we cannot guarantee that the pool/spa can be maintained to that degree. No refunds, credits or discounts will be offered if the pool/spa temperature cannot be maintained due to unusually cold weather*
