One Particular Harbour Penthouse - Anna Maria Island - Beach
Enjoy Penthouse views from this fantastic fourth floor, two bedroom, two bath condo in the popular community of Marina Walk on One Particular Harbour. This community was designed with Jimmy Buffett's "Margaritaville" in mind. The buildings and themes are all named for his songs and/or lyrics and in keeping with those songs and lyrics the premises and surrounding area are meant for relaxing and rejuvenating your soul!
This lovely unit is pristinely clean and offers comfort in every room. The living room is comfortably furnished with a large flat screen TV, couch, easy chair and ottomans for putting your fee up. Easy clean tile floors enhance the living room, dining room and kitchen area. The dining room has a lovely four seat table and the kitchen island seats three additional people.
The kitchen is a wonderful space for entertaining or creating your favorite dishes and it is outfitted with all the necessary equipment to do so. From cookware to utensils and coffee makers to wine glasses, you will have everything you need.
The bedrooms are created in a split floor plan and on opposite sides of the spacious living area. Both bedrooms are ensuites offering more comfort as well as privacy. One with a king bed and one with a queen. Both closets have organizers in them for added convenience.
The screened balcony will give you the front seat to beautiful morning sunrises while sipping coffee, meditating or reading a good book. On cooler days you can open the sliders and bring the breeze inside without any worry.
The spacious designate parking spot will accommodate your vehicle and the assigned storage unit will have all the beach equipment.
For your children's pleasure there is a playground and splash pad along side the clubhouse, BBQ area and heated pool. For longer stays of 29 days or more you will also have access to the Harbour Isle Beach Club. The Beach Club adds a 'country club' lifestyle to your stay and boasts of long walking trails, a state of the art gym, Tapas room and Sky bar with billiards, table top shuffleboard, large pool and hot tub.
Prices are based on a four person occupancy. Maximum allowed occupancy is five. There maybe additional charges for the additional person at $25.00 per night.
** A small pet is allowed. There will be a non-refundable $150.00 pet fee to the owner and a $250.00 Pet deposit that is refundable providing there are no damages or excessive cleaning needed because of your pet. We will also need current vaccination records. **
