This newly renovated home accommodates 19 guests in 5 bedrooms.

Master Bedroom (sleeps 2) - The master bedroom, with king size bed, provides the seclusion and privacy you need after a busy day at the beach. The master bath is spacious with a large walk in shower as well as a soaking tub.

Ensuite Bedroom 1 (sleeps 2) - The second bedroom is an ensuite bedroom, providing your own private bathroom with walk in shower. Equipped with a king bed, this room essentially serves as a second master bedroom.

Bedroom 3 (sleeps 7) - The Queen Room! Equipped with two built in queen beds and a twin over queen bunk. The shiplap built in beds are my favorite feature in the house! A dedicated full bathroom is located just outside the bedroom with a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom 4 (sleeps 5) - The bunk room is equipped with a pair of twin over twin bunk beds as well as a trundle bed. Perfect for the kids room and away from the large living room gathering area in case you need to put the young kids to bed earlier than the adults. Full bathroom with shower/tub combo is shared with bedroom 5.

Bedroom 5 (sleeps 2) - The last bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and a large window that overlooks the pool and backyard of the house. Full bathroom with shower/tub combo is shared with bedroom 4.

Every bedroom is equipped with plenty of linens and extra pillows and also Roku TVs!

The large open kitchen is the ideal gathering area with large island and stools. The large island provides dining area with seating for 16 with additional indoor dining table that seats 6 people.

Directly adjacent to the expansive kitchen is the deluxe coffee bar! Whatever your coffee fix, we have you covered. If you don`t see you`re preferred caffeine fix, let us know!

The first living room is part of the open kitchen / dining / living room layout. Equipped with a 65` TV and comfy couch, it`s the perfect place to relax and reminisce about your wonderful experiences!

The second living room is in the rear of the house and next to the outdoor pool, creating the ideal indoor / outdoor living. This will be the heart of the home with guests hanging out in the living room while others enjoy the pool.

My family and I really enjoyed the stay at your place. It was very clean and lots of amenities. We played pickle ball, basketball, bouchée ball and swam all day. The fire-pit was amazing!!! Great open floor plan and two large TVs for everyone to enjoy. Just and amazing time and an amazing house with a superb location.

The "Pickleball Paradise" was FANTASTIC for our family get-to-gether over Christmas week. Beyond our expectations; the PB court was well done, the pool heated and refreshing, and the entire outdoor area very comfortable. We had 16 people in total wirh some coming/going at various times during the week. The kitchen was roomy and well equipped, the coffee bar a big hit, and the bedrooms/baths very well done. The home and host were outstanding! The attention to details and responsiveness from the host is the most we have EVER experienced! The kitchen is fully stocked -it even had a rice cooker! There was multiple types of coffees and makers to suit anyone’s desires. They bedrooms and bathrooms had all the amenities! The yard space was wonderful for our grandkids to cavort. The beach was nearby and the garage had umbrellas, cookers, anything necessary for the beach! We accidentally left a clothing item and our host is graciously mailing it!We are recommending this lovely rental to all our family and friends! Thank you again to the thoughtful hosts!

Great Family set up!

Walked in to a very clean property. We had 18 in our party. Every family had their own bathroom and bedroom. Rich was very quick to respond with any need we had. Highly recommend the pickleball courts! Lots to do onsite and beaches just a drive away.

We came in to celebrate friends 50th! We had 4 families in the home and everyone was very comfortable.. this house is great when traveling with kids because there are 2 living rooms which allow the adults and kids to have some sort of separation. The pickleball court is great and the kids had a blast in the pool.. 5 stars all the way around!

We had a wonderful stay at Pickleball Paradise! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated with enough space for everyone. The yard itself made us feel like we had our own private resort!
