The entire property with the very large historic home with 5 beds/3 full baths, the screened deck with pool, the front porch and front yard, spacious side driveway easy to park 4 cars, a portion of garage for the bikes and beach equipment.

We are committed to helping our guests make forever memories at the Riverhouse Retreat! If you need us reach out, otherwise we will respect your privacy during your stay.

Ours is a historic close knit neighborhood. We are committed to insuring that our neighbors and guests alike are looked after. Please respect noise ordinance by observing quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.
Please do not disturb neighbors.

Bike & walk in downtown. To beach access MCAT public transportation, car rental, uber, Freebie and the Gulf Coast Ferry-all accessible from our downtown location.

We have security cameras only in the front of the house facing the front door and garage. They will be on during your stay.

4 steps to front porch from front or side to access front door. 4 steps down to screened lanai.
1 or 2 small, well behaved dogs 50LB or less will be allowed for a non refundable pet fee. Please message me to discuss.
Never more than 8-10 people total are to spend the night! For your safety and that of the owner’s property please let me know if you will have visitors.
Also note we do have cameras covering the front of the house. This house is in a very safe neighborhood.
