Nouvellement ajouté à notre marché locatif. Cette maison de direction de 4/5 chambres à coucher 3. 5 salles de bains a été entièrement rénovée et mise à jour avec toutes les dernières et les plus grandes commodités. Environ 4800 pieds carrés sous l'air. Tous les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, les sommets en granit, les planchers en bois, tous les nouveaux systèmes Hvac et la piscine mise en cage. Grand plan d'étage ouvert. Les nouvelles téléviseurs à écran plat traversent la maison. La chambre familiale dispose d'une téléviseur Samsung Smart de 58 pouces avec lecteur de DVD Blue Ray. Bains magnifiquement rénovés. Le bain maître a une douche carrelée surdimensionnée, une baignoire à jets et des toilettes doubles. Grand dressing / dressing. Wonder house for a large family

House was great to spend in Florida for the holidays with my family. The kitchen had everything I needed to be able to host Christmas dinner. Pool was great property was private with the backyard. Would recommend to anyone staying in the Bradenton area.

Tropical Storm Debbie still had a great time.

House was great had plenty of room and all amenities. We lost power for a little bit due to the tropical storm and the owner found us a generator to help keep our food fresh. Kids had fun waking up and going swimming everyday.

Beautiful and spacious home with awesome pool

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. We had plenty of space for everyone to spread out when they wanted or come together for family meals. There were lots of things available for the kids so we didn't have to go out and purchase things for the babies. The pool is amazing. The house was clean. The location was great; far enough from the busy parts of town yet close to everything so if you need to run out to grab something, it's a quick trip. The only negative thing that I would have to say is that the thermostat downstairs is locked at 73 and during the day in the middle/hottest part of the day, it gets extremely hot inside and takes a while to cool down at night. The thermostat should at least be allowed to go to 70 for those really hot days. Other than that, we have nothing negative to share. We will come back again.

Great home

We were with a family of nine. The house is clean, very nice pool and living. Nearby Anna Maria Island and Cortez. We had a blast. The communication was very good with the owners. I really can recommend the house

Hi! Gordon was very responsive. Unfortunately we had a variety of different issues. 1st issue was the home was very dirty. Gordon did send cleaners, but they were only able to do so much in the limited time that they were there. 2nd issue, after a long day of traveling we were very upset to find that the master bed had NOT been washed. It was gross. 3rd Issue, I believe there are fleas or bugs of some kind. My son was bitten all over his first night of sleep. The house has a very nice setup, but serious deferred maintenance. Gordon was quick to respond when I told him about arriving to a dirty house.

Overall great location and home

This property was a great house with a fantastic pool! We just had a few things we didn't like which have been stated in past reviews. They should at least give each registered guest 2 towels. We each had 1 and were washing towels every day, and no kitchen towels. I looked on past reviews and they stated they were in the laundry room, but they were not. Overall, my biggest issue was with the bedroom on the 2nd floor in the back had a VERY bad musty smell. Not sure if it is because the temperature cannot go below 74 degrees but something really needs to be done about that. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood and away from the hustle and bustle, which we loved. The pool and outside are great. Other than those few issues everything else was great!!!

Very responsive owner, just prepare to travel

The house is nice. LOTS of room and the pool area was very much loved by all of our kids! (Especially since it was unusually cool for FL and we had it heated). One evening we had an issue with the pool and the owner was EXTREMELY responsive! We greatly appreciated it. The kitchen could use some restocking kid cooking utensils and such but we made do with what was provided and were able to cook a few meals for our larger family. Our only downfall was travel time to basically everywhere, however, this was of no fault of the homeowners and mostly due to a high travel season and crazy traffic. While it is “close” to many things, prepare accordingly for travel.

Pool house

House is specious. Kids enjoyed the pool. Bed and bathrooms were clean. Very disappointed with messy/unclean drawers in the kitchen. Kitchen cabinets/walls/fans were very dirty. Would not stay in the house again.

Unbelievable!!!

The house and property was everything we imagined and then some. Everything was as described and our stay was with 8 people. We had plenty of room with room to spare! House was spotless when we arrived and ready to go! We definitely will be back next year, already looking at dates.

A beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. My husband doesn't get around real well and can't do the steps so the master suite on the ground floor was wonderful for us. Plus the walk in shower was a real plus too. Our whole family enjoyed our stay in this home.

Great house, pool, location, hosts

We enjoyed our stay. Great location tucked into a nice area of West Bradenton. What we enjoyed most. The pool, bikes, trips to the neighborhood farm for fresh produce, long walks at the Desoto National park and Robinson preserve, fresh grouper and days at the beach on Anna Maria. The hosts were great, very responsive when we had a request. The two things we didn’t love. The TV set up, It’s streaming TV, buffers a lot and was generally not nice to use. Some of the furniture was a bit dated and a few of the towels, kitchen stuff was worn. All minor as there was plenty of everything to make for a great vacation. If you have a big family this place would be a great choice!
