Great amenities include resort style heated pool, basketball & tennis courts, playground, and picnic area. Equipped with beach towels, chairs, and tennis rackets for your enjoyment. Please carefully read over our house/guest rules & policies… ☀️ WiFi information, TV instructions, Pool Rules, Trash & amenities information, etc. can be found in the guest book (Please take the trash out daily). Please read the book to find out other things you need to know.
🌴 This property is designed to comfortably accommodate 5 people max. $20 extra guest fee per person per night. Events/parties are not allowed unless given prior approval from the management company. An event fee must be paid as well.
☀️ Since the house is privately owned, the homeowners are not responsible for any illnesses, accidents or injuries that occur while on-premises. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of valuables or personal belongings. It is agreed by accepting this reservation that all guests are assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite.
🌴 Please respect the neighbors by not having loud music/noise after 10 pm
☀️ Pets are not permitted. Violators will pay a fee of $100/day
🌴 The renters are responsible for the gate key and pool key. Any lost key will result in a $50 fee per key
☀️ Smoking is not permitted in the home or lanai. Smoking is allowed outside only ($500 cleaning fee if found smoking in the house or smoke smell)
🌴 Any lost, broken or stolen items/furniture will be subject to a damage fee which would be the full cost of the item. This townhome is newly furnished so receipts will be provided.
☀️ Please follow the proper check-out instructions. Other than that, just treat the property as your own & enjoy this hidden gem in paradise. 🌴 The amenities belong to the community and you get full access to them. However, very rarely, they can be closed for repairs. Compensation or reimbursement can be considered but not guaranteed. You will be notified the day we become aware of the closing.
