The home features a private spa for your enjoyment. Please follow the provided spa instructions and supervise children at all times.

PET-FRIENDLY
Well-behaved, house-trained pets are welcome with a $115 pet fee per stay. Please let us know in advance if you’ll be bringing a furry family member.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
We love celebrations and family time, but parties, events, and unregistered guests are not permitted. Please respect our home and the surrounding residential community.

SMOKE-FREE HOME
Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the property.

QUIET ENJOYMENT
This is a peaceful residential neighborhood. Please be considerate of our neighbors, especially during evening and nighttime hours.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY
The home is designed for families and groups to relax and enjoy time together. Children must be supervised while using the spa, mini golf, game room, and outdoor areas.

HOUSE RULES:
Welcome to our home! To keep every stay comfortable and safe, we kindly ask guests to follow these house rules.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM. Check-out: 10:00 AM.
• The booking guest must be 21 or older and present during the stay.
• Maximum occupancy: 16 guests. No parties or events.
• Quiet hours: after 10:00 PM.
• Spa, hot tub, and game room: Children must be supervised at all times. No glass in the spa area.
• A/C: Keep doors and windows closed while the A/C is running. Set it between 70 and 72°F, never below 70°F.
• Please do not move the furniture or take it to the beach.
• Trash: Use the containers provided, and flush only toilet paper.
• Smoking: No smoking indoors (a $100 cleaning fee applies). Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
• Pets: One small pet is welcome with prior notice. Pet fee: $100 per stay ($200 for stays of 30 nights or more).
• Late check-out (with prior approval, subject to availability): $80 until 2:00 PM or $100 until 3:00 PM.
• A refundable security deposit hold of up to $300 may apply, as disclosed for your reservation.
• Vacation Rental Agreement: After booking, the primary guest will be asked to sign our agreement electronically. A signed agreement is required to complete the reservation.
