Brand New Coastal Bungalow in Downtown Bradenton

Welcome to downtown Bradenton's newest coastal bungalow! Recently completed and furnished with high-end, tasteful coastal decor, this comfortable and gorgeous home has everything you need for a relaxing trip to Bradenton, Florida!

Walking to distance to much of downtown Bradenton, your morning walk can include a different coffee shop every morning and a stop to the farmer's market on Saturdays! Located next to a gorgeous park on the river, you are sure to feel at ease during your stay.

The home is a newly completed new build that is shotgun style and furnished with high-end coastal decor that leaves you feeling relaxed and like you really are on vacation! Whether you're here for business or pleasure, this bungalow has what you need.

When you park in the driveway (room for 2 vehicles), you are on the backside of the house. The back porch has a traditional blue painted ceiling and seating for 4 to enjoy coffee and a book or a cocktail and conversation at any time! In the driveway you will see the grill that the homeowners have provided for guest use. It is propane and filling the tank is guest responsibility, but please send us a photo of your receipt and you will be reimbursed :)

Step inside the back door and you are in the living room. The living room has comfortable furniture- a couch and 2 leather swivel armchairs as well as a coffee table, TV, multiple lamps and plenty of reading material and card games. The TV is a smart TV so it has streaming capabilities- please note that you will need your own logins as none are provided at this time.

The kitchen is right next to the living room and is stocked with all new appliances, small appliances like a crockpot, toaster and blender, and ore than enough dishes, glassware, flatware, etc for 4 people! A large island leaves plenty of room for prep work if you decide to cook while you're here.

Right off of the kitchen is a dining area with a pedestal table and wishbone chairs- seating for 4. The powder bath is next to the dining table.

Upstairs you will find the laundry closet (free use of washer and dryer!) and two bedrooms- both with their own private ensuite bathrooms! Both bedrooms have a queen sized bed and smart TVs (again, you will need your own logins). The ensuite bathrooms are brand new and gorgeous and toiletries are provided. Both rooms also have closets with hangers/hanging space and
dressers with plenty of storage space for all that you've packed!
