This completely renovated house is located in a quiet, safe, family-friendly neighborhood. With 3 Bedrooms, the place accommodates comfortably 8 people.
Minutes away from the white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island and about 20 minutes to Downtown Lido Key and Siesta Key the # 1 beach in the USA and just 10 minutes from the Sarasota International Airport, is also close to restaurants, shops and so much more.

-House Rules-

*Check in 4pm
*Check out 10am
*This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.
*Pets are welcome, however, we do charge a $125/pet per stay, dogs only. It may not be suitable for guest(s) with severe pet allergies.
*Smoking and vaping of any kind within the house is strictly prohibited. Smoking is allowed OUTSIDE ONLY and any cigarette butts must be disposed safely . (A $500 cleaning fee applies if found smoking in house or smoke smell)

GRILL AND FIRE PIT:
*Gas grill and Fire pit with propane tank is provided. We do not refill the tank, so when it goes empty, please feel free to exchange the tank at a local gas station or Home Depot for around $20. Turn the gas knob OFF when not in use.

*Fire pit: After using the firepit please turn it off and place the cover on after the unit has been cooled off.

*No candles or open flames anywhere in or outside of the property

NO PARTIES, EVENT HOSTING, LOUD MUSIC & NOISE:

*We are equipped with two (2) Noise Aware monitoring devices that allow to monitor variables as noise level without privacy intrusion, in and outside the house. The devices DO NOT listen or record conversations.

STRICT QUIET TIME is at 10PM-8AM per city ordinance.
*No one in the pool after 9 p.m.
*Please keep noise at the reasonable level during the day. No rowdy or loud music at any time.
If the police are called during your stay (noise complaint or otherwise), we reserve the right to ask you to leave the property without refund. We trust that this won’t be an issue! Thank you!

*Trash and Recycle – Both barrels are outside the gate on the left, the pickup days are Mondays and Thursdays mornings – please have them ready the night before for pick up and bring back to the same area.

KITCHEN SINK – No food in the sink - not equipped with a disposal (very important)

****SAFETY****

👉Please do not leave doors open at any time. The windows have a safety lock at the top for safety and should stay also closed at all times

👉Smart lock with guest’s unique code

👉 Ring Doorbell (brand name) OUTSIDE the house monitors surroundings

👉 Please be aware of the single step in the living room - it is clearly marked on the floor (for families with children).

👉Two spray fire extinguishers are available, one in the laundry room and the other under the kitchen sink

👉There is one single step going down from the living room/kitchen to the third bedroom and pool area to be aware of when moving around the house. The step is marked for awareness

👉Please note that the TV in the leaving room is not anchored or attached to the wall, please make sure there are no children playing, moving or touching the device.

POOL:
👉Please close the umbrella in the pool area when is not in use to avoid been blown away.
👉Be aware that in some areas the depth is over 6 feet deep.
👉No glass in the pool area
👉There is no lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk. The pool is restricted to registered guests only. Persons under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult while in the pool. No diving, running, horseplay or dangerous actions within the pool area. No glass in or around the pool area. 👉No food in the pool.
👉The screen lanai has both doors, they DO NOT have special safety locks (for families with children).
Pump will run from 9AM-7PM
Pool is scheduled for cleaning once weekly and landscaping are scheduled once weekly.
Pool Heat is NOT available

👉In the back of the property, you have an additional screened-in lanai that offers comfortable outdoor seating for your morning cup of coffee. The outside area also offers a BBQ grill and a large table to enjoy grilling out and spending time by the pool along with a Tiki-Bar.

👉The house is equipped with high-speed wireless internet and you can stream your favorite shows after logging in with your account (we do not provide cable-tv or paid channels, you must login with your own subscription)

👉The garage can fit one small car.

👉This home is privately owned. The homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on-premises. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
