« Bathroom floors and vanity not clean, sheets on one bed seemed damp, back porch was not clean, many days not clean, sliding doors had cobwebs at all corners, no screen door here, steps from parking to door in very poor, dangerous condition, kayaks were not cleaned off and made ready for use. This cottage had not been made ready for guests. Concerned that vrbo is advertising for unkept property. We wasted time, money, dreams of a wonderful weekend ruined!! »

« The cottage was quite nice and in a good location. We enjoyed the stay overall. When we first arrived, the cottage was very cold. Once we figured out how to heat the place, it was quite cozy. For the owners, I recommend turning the heat up before someone is coming, or leave an instruction book detailing how to use the pellet stove to keep the cottage at a good temperature (including overnight instructions would be helpful too). « We were shocked to see the preperty upon our arrival as the outdoor of the property was nothing less than a jungle. The grass was not trimmed for months and the BBQ and other outdoor furniture was not appealing at all. The property inside was pretty neat and clean. But bathrooms were not proper.
