These charming upstairs guest bedrooms each feature cozy queen beds, vintage-inspired décor, and elevated ceilings that make the spaces feel open and inviting. One room leans more classic with warm brown tones, traditional patterns, and soft lighting, while the second has a rustic Western feel with a hand-crafted log bed frame, soothing green tones, and picture-perfect views of the Bridger Mountains out the window. Both are the perfect retreat for restful nights and quiet mornings with a view.

Loft
Tucked away on the opposite side of the house, this cozy upstairs loft is the perfect hideout for kids, cousins, or a small family to share. Featuring a queen bed and an additional twin bed, this spacious retreat also includes a sitting area with reading chairs, a vintage desk, and playful touches like colorful pennants and charming décor. Natural light pours in through the large window, offering a peaceful view of the trees and surrounding land. It’s a fun, welcoming space designed with both comfort and character.

Attached to the primary bedroom, this full bathroom offers added privacy with a walk-in shower, generous vanity, and warm natural light. It's the ideal place to unwind after a long day exploring Bozeman.

Main Level Bathroom

Located just off the kitchen and dining area, this is your cozy central gathering space. A plush sectional, warm wood-burning stove, and oversized windows frame the Bridger Mountains, making it ideal for movie nights or morning coffee chats.

-Second Living Room
Tucked near the entry of the home, this stylish sitting area features layered textures, natural light, and space to unwind with a glass of wine or a good book. Perfect for those needing a quiet break from the group or an extra conversation space.

-Coffee / Reading Room
A tucked-away gem in the front of the house, this space is made for slow mornings. Sink into a comfy chair with your favorite novel or sip coffee while gazing out at the fields and mountains beyond. It’s cozy, calming, and full of farmhouse soul.

Guests will have full access to the entire home and all its thoughtfully designed spaces, including the living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, patio, garage, and outdoor amenities. As part of this private and peaceful property, you’ll notice a charming guest house next door. A long-term renter lives there, she’s wonderful and respectful of guests. Getting Around:
While The Bozeman Farmstead offers a peaceful, tucked-away setting, getting around is simple with a car. We’re just a short drive to all of Bozeman’s highlights, so we do recommend guests bring or rent a vehicle during their stay.

In the warmer months, enjoy scenic drives through rolling farmland with views of the Bridger Mountains. In the winter, road access remains convenient, but 4WD or AWD is always encouraged. Taxis and ride share options like Uber and Lyft are available but can be limited depending on time of day or weather, especially outside city limits.

Once you’re here, you’ll love how easy it is to explore while still feeling totally removed from the hustle.

Other Things to Note:
This is a charming older farmhouse, and with that comes a little character—including a few quirks! While it’s been lovingly maintained, some finishes and furnishings reflect its age, giving it that authentic, lived-in Montana feel we adore.

The private pond on the property is great for paddleboarding and catch-and-release fishing, but it’s a natural body of water—so you’ll notice algae and some weedy areas. It’s not ideal for swimming, but it's peaceful and perfect for relaxing by the water.

Please note there’s no central air conditioning in the home. However, we provide fans in every bedroom, and the best way to keep the house cool is to open windows at night to let in the crisp Montana air, then close the blinds and shades during the day to keep the heat out. It’s a tried-and-true Bozeman trick that works well throughout the summer!

If you’re looking for a peaceful, laid-back stay surrounded by nature, this is the perfect spot—just embrace the charm, quirks, and slower pace of farmstead life.
