Welcome to your perfect Up North getaway! This newly constructed home features all-new furnishings, an open floor plan, and thoughtful amenities for a comfortable and memorable stay. Just a short walk to the beach, downtown shops and restaurants, ice cream, parks, and the seasonal farmers market. Enjoy evenings around the backyard fire pit with s’mores or grill dinner on the spacious deck.

Whether you’re planning a summer vacation or a winter ski trip, this home is your ideal base. Boyne Mountain is just 5 miles away, with easy access to skiing, snowboarding, tubing, ice skating, and year-round fun. You’re also close to Nubs Nob and Boyne Highlands for even more adventure. In warmer months, enjoy hiking, biking, kayaking, swimming, fishing, boating, golfing, and exploring scenic Avalanche Preserve—just a short walk from the front door.

100% recommend! Fabulous and comfortable house with everything you need. Walking to town was a treat for all the restaurants and shopping. Laura was the best host! Lots of info upfront to plan and offered early check in without us asking. It’s not always possible and it made our travel day so much easier. Will definitely stay again, great house, host and town.

Boyne City Gem!

Our second time staying in this gorgeous home. As good, if not better than the photos, fantastic location, and amazing communication with owner. Will continue to rent any time we are in the area! Both times we have stayed were for a baseball tournaments, so had several other families staying around the same area. All who stopped by the house both years have been envious of the beautiful place we found to stay. 10/10 recommend!

Perfect Spot

Our stay here was somewhat unique because we happened to be there for the awful ice storm, unfortunately. During our first night's stay, the power went out and we had to be creative with how we spent our time, as skiing was out of the question and most other activities as well. What we appreciated was the amazing communication that we had with Laura the entire time we were there. She was very responsive to any questions we had and offered suggestions on their favorite places to visit. We regained power after about 15 hours and were able to go skiing the following day. We were grateful to have a place that was clean, cozy, comfortable, and reliable in such a situation. We would be happy to come back to this place and stay here again when the weather is nicer, as there are many amazing places within walking distance!!

Christmas Ski Trip

The house was nice, clean, welcoming and cozy. Well stocked with everything we needed. The area was nice. Safe cozy quiet street. Our first time in Michigan was a nice one. We were blessed with lots of snow. Had a great time on the slopes and enjoyed some shopping in Petoskey. Thanks for everything.

Amazing home, host and town!

This was our first trip to Michigan. We wanted to stay somewhere that allowed us to explore many different areas including Charlevoix, Traverse, etc. We are so glad we stayed in this home. It was so very clean and simply adorable. Boyne City was wonderful offering plenty of restaurants, beaches, shops, boat rentals, and activities. There are parks all around and we felt safe day and night. The home is located within walking distance to the beach and downtown. The SkyBridge at Boyne Mountain is 10 minutes away, Charlevoix is a 25 minute drive away. Boyne Mountain has lots of activities including pickleball courts and a very nice indoor water park and is just 10 minutes from the home. We drove an hour to Mackinac for one day and also made it to Sleeping Bear Dunes. We hope to visit this same home in the fall/winter. The hosts were so kind, easy to communicate with. I tend to have high expectations and this property exceeding them all! Travelled with 4 kids( ages 14-7). They loved the accommodations as well.

Long weekend stay

My friend and I stayed here for a long weekend with our sons. House is very clean and comes with everything you need. Close to town but in a quiet area. Really enjoyed the fire pit each night.
