Alittle disappointed in the location.we were starying with several littles in our group.According to the vrbo map it showed the condo right next to the water park.which it was not.There are several condos closer. So maybe a better map of location or condo complex would be helpful. We were in condo N. We drove our car to the water park each time with lots of people and stuff and sub zero temps.Hope this helps others with littles.Place was great. clean equipped etc even had toys...

« The condominum was just perfect for our visit to meet our daughter 's boyfriends family. There was ample parking, the condom was located right on Lake Charlevoix and being 1st floor you could walk right out to the water area.The interior was very clean, decorated nicely with a beach theme. The kitchen was well stocked, nice bathroom linens and the beds were comfortable. There is a very nice laundry room as well to keep your vacation clothes clean.The secondary bedroom has two twin beds, so if...

« Great location. Spacious. Bathtub drain took 3 hours to drain; needs to be fixed. Kitchen has nice dishes, but minimal pots & pans; needs at least 2 covered saucepans and a large frying pan. Otherwise, very nice; would recommend it to others. »

« It was a wonderful stay. The condo was beautiful, clean, large. Great location. Minutes from downtown Petoskey and a quick drive to Nubs Nob. Would be a perfect location if anyone needed a place to stay during the baseball tournaments in the summer. »

« Lipstick on a pig? This property is somehow renovated and falling apart at the same time. From missing panels on the wall of the pool outside, trim falling apart from mold and rot, doors that won't stay shut because the doors are uneven, fans missing pull chains, dirty everything, a fridge that was missing the door, floor slats with gaps, exposed hols in the wall, walls not clean, check in links not working, and so much more! »
