« Parking lot was full of broken glass from previous break ins. Our vehicle was broken into as well, and we were only there for one night. No cameras on the property. Obviously they're not trying to prevent future break ins. Room was ok, rest of the property needs to be cleaned and updated. »

« Room was at the end of the hall questioned about the outside door had know locks. Was told they lock it at 8:00 pm, will at 11:00 my husband got up because of a noise door was open. TV , hair dryer and vent in the bathroom broke complained wouldn't move us. So we checked out. Needs to do alot of improvement. »

« First time I stayed at the Drury Plaza Hotel, and I was impressed! I traveled quite a bit in the US and usually stay at Hilton hotels. From now on, when visiting San Antonio, I will start booking my hotel stay at the Drury Plaza Hotel. Spacious and clean rooms, and great customer service! Great amenities! »

« Nice property aesthetically but there was instances of dirt in my room. On the sheet and the ice Bucket top had residue of dirt. »

« The customer service was friendly. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The lobby was cute and smelled nice. Negative points: The breakfast was downright awful. There was little to no options in terms of what to eat. It was self-service with nothing hot. There was 3 types of cereal (Cheerios, Shredded wheats and a green colored cereal) There was a waffle maker however, and it was bland. The creamer looked old and I was nervous to use it for coffee. In the room, the toilet was not...

« I had no hot water….. so cold morning shower. Then in the parking lot which I had to pay for …. My truck was broken into… broken drivers window and stuff stolen 3rd time this has happened at Hampton suite…. Never any other hotel! »
