« Room 108 was dark, dingy and damp. Nothing would dry. On our last night my wife found the reason why: an access panel for the bathroom plumbing was open. The cover would not latch so the panel was just propped against the hole leaving it part way open. Room 108 being on the ground floor slab, this meant the hole opened directly into the ground underneath. Whether the other rooms are like this or not I cannot say. « We had a handicap accessible room. It was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The walk in shower was great. I liked the bottles of shampoo and conditioner and body wash in bottles in the shower to use. The breakfast was good and there was a nice variety hot food (eggs, meat,oatmeal, and waffles). Cold cereal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cartons of milk. Sweet rolls, muffins, scones. If you left hungry it was your own fault. We will stay here again when we come to visit family. »

« The room was very nice, clean and large. But there is a lot of construction going on that makes it very confusing. It’s hard to navigate to get where you need to be and staff was not always helpful or friendly. Some were but it’s a matter of finding the right one. I had to wait over 20 minutes to check in because of some error (they never actually told me what was going on) and then upon check out I had been charged a cancellation fee of almost $300, but I had stayed in the room and did not...

« Arrived late at night on very hot day. Front desk attendant asked us to go check our room before even completing the check-in process. She advised many of the room’s AC units did not work correctly.first room hot, second room hot with a (bullet?) hole in wall. Very run down place! Front desk attendant was pleasant and helpful. We did not get any hassle asking for a refund so we could book another hotel. »

« The elevator was out of action throughout my stay - not really a problem for me but I was told it was due for imminent repair but I didn't see any work going on. Room was clean and comfortable but looking tired. Public areas were looking tired too. Staff all friendly and helpful and the free coffee and well stocked mini-store were very much appreciated »

« A few years ago, our family stayed here and it was great. When we stayed here recently, the hotel seems to be in disrepair. The elevator is falling apart. The rooms were as clean as they could be but there were stains on the carpet and the bathroom tub wouldn't drain while you showered. I asked for a crib/pack n play for our infant and they never brought it to our room and we argued with the front desk staff that they ever even had one to lend us. We had to buy our own to use unfortunately....

« the hotel itself seems pretty dated, the room at first smelt extremely strong of cleaning supplies (like too much was used), and the floor in our room was sticky (again from overuse of cleaning supplies), opened the windows and wore shoes when walking around haha, Room was clean, bed was comfortable, they had small square pillows not regular pillows so next time I’d bring my own. tub didn’t drain as fast as water came from the showerhead. 7/10 - it was a fine stay for the few hours of sleep...
