With our screened windows and doors, you can stay indoors and still enjoy the sounds of nature. The large windows give you the feeling you're in the middle of the rainforest. Whether you want to kick back and relax watching TV, roast marshmallows on a bonfire, suntan under the Costa Rican sun, watch wildlife from your backyard, work remotely and undisturbed with Starlink WiFi, hike through the Turrubares mountains and enjoy beautiful rainforest views, and other activities, this place is ideal for it!

The Scarlet Macaws & Toucans fly by daily & we frequently have the white faced monkeys in the neighboring trees along with an abundance of iguanas, hummingbirds & butterflies around the property.

You may have read about the roads in Costa Rica and how bad they are, the access to Papagayo Hills is on a mud road. For these roads, you need a suitable vehicle. Give us a heads up 30 min before arrival so we can organize Luis, our security, to open up. Best is to plan to arrive before 1pm when the roads are still dry, as the rainfall usually occurs in the afternoon.
