Our spacious 5-bedroom cottage comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests and is the perfect setting for family getaways and group stays. With plenty of room to gather, relax, and unwind, this welcoming retreat offers a cozy and memorable home base for spending quality time together.

Main Floor:
Bright and welcoming main floor with a cozy living room, open kitchen and dining area, games room, king bedroom, full bathroom with soaker tub, and an additional powder room.

✔Living Room: Relax in the cozy living room with a comfy couch and TV for streaming—perfect for unwinding after a day outdoors.

✔Kitchen & Dining Area: The open-concept kitchen and dining area are ideal for socializing and meals together. The kitchen has a functional layout, and the dining table offers ample seating for your group. The kitchen island provides additional seating, creating an inviting space for everyone to gather.

✔Games Room: Have fun in the games room, featuring a billiards table, arcade games, and a cozy fireplace to warm up while you play.

✔Main Bedroom: The main floor features a bedroom with a king-size bed, perfect for those who prefer easy access to the living areas.

✔Bathrooms: One full bathroom on the main floor includes a relaxing soaker tub (no standing shower). A powder room is conveniently located in the games room.


Second Floor:
Spacious upper level with four additional bedrooms, a full bathroom with double sinks and shower, plus a crib for families travelling with a little one

✔Bedrooms: Upstairs, you’ll find 4 additional bedrooms: 3 with queen-size beds and 1 with two twin-size beds, ideal for children or friends.

✔Bathrooms: The second-floor bathroom has a double sink and a standing shower, offering added convenience and comfort for your group.

✔Crib: For families with young children, a crib is available on-site to make your stay more convenient.

Outdoor Areas:
Enjoy the outdoors with a BBQ, outdoor sofa, and a cozy fire pit area for evenings under the stars. In the summer, relax on the sun loungers by the creek, where you can unwind to the sound of flowing water in a peaceful, scenic setting. The property is surrounded by nature

-The basement is a crawl space and is not accessible for guests. The side cottage on the property is used exclusively for our storage and is unavailable for guest use.

To make your check-in smooth and hassle-free, we ask all guests to complete guest verification and rental agreement before arrival:

- Guest Verification: Upload a government-issued photo ID, provide some basic details, and share your estimated arrival time—just like a hotel check-in.

- Rental Agreement: Our rental agreement ensures that everyone is on the same page about the house rules and guidelines. By signing, you’re confirming that you’ve read and understand these details, which helps us maintain a safe and enjoyable stay for all guests. When you log in, you’ll be able to choose one of the two damage waiver options.

Once these steps are complete, your door access code will be ready, and you’ll be all set to enjoy your stay!

📌Additional note: Guests are welcome to enjoy the fire pit during their stay! If you’d like to use it, we kindly ask guests to bring their own firewood or purchase some from nearby grocery stores or gas stations.

- The living room fireplace is temporarily unavailable and currently awaiting servicing, so it’s not usable at the moment. The games room fireplace is fully functional and ready to keep things warm and cozy!
