The property is only a 10-minute walk from Bournemouth’s main train station, and makes for an ideal base for many local attractions in a quiet neighbourhood to the north of the town centre.



The Space:

This recently renovated three-bedroom ground floor apartment has been beautifully decorated throughout with cherry wood finish flooring, contemporary furnishings, and plush slate carpets in the bedrooms.



The largest of the three bedrooms is a master ensuite. This features a kingsize bed with cushioned headboard, cosy deep carpets underfoot, a large double sliding-door wardrobe with lots of hanging and drawer space, bedside cabinets, and some sliding doors leading to a gravelled garden area. The smart ensuite bathroom features a large walk-in shower, toilet, heated towel rail, and vanity unit.



The second bedroom contains a comfortable double bed with cushioned headboard, bedside drawers, and ample storage in a large wardrobe.



Lastly, the third bedroom is a twin single room, with two full sized single beds with headboards, bedside table, hanging storage, and lovely new carpets underfoot.



The modern master bathroom off the hallway is a generous size, and comes equipped with a full-size bath with shower overhead, toilet, basin with storage, heated illuminated mirror, and a heated towel rail.



The last room is the open plan kitchen dining and living space. There’s relaxed modern seating in the lounge area, with one three-seater plus one two-seater sofa surrounding a coffee table, and a smart 42” TV.



The dining space has four comfortable upholstered dining chairs, surrounding a round wooden table, and next to an original bay window with venetian blinds for privacy.



The kitchen comes well-equipped with an integrated fridge freezer, gas hob, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine — plus a host of small appliances, cutlery, dinnerware, cookware, and utensils.



There’s one allocated parking space for the apartment. Additional cars will need to utilise free street parking.



There’s free high speed Wi-Fi throughout, a hairdryer, and an iron & board. Pets are allowed upon request.

Further afield:

Heading east along the Bournemouth coastline brings you first to the cliffs at Boscombe Beach, then to the Blue Flag awarded beach at Southbourne, which is also a lovely area for eating & drinking.



Further along, Christchurch is a historic coastal town and a lovely area to explore and well worth a trip. Hengistbury Head nature reserve is accessible on foot or bikes, and makes for a great day out too — if you continue around this headland it leads you to Mudeford Sandspit and its iconic beach huts. Mudeford sandspit can also be accessed via ferry from the Avon Beach Mudeford Car Park.



West of the Bournemouth beaches is the upmarket Sandbanks, with its stunning sandy beach. A car ferry from here takes you to Studland — showcasing an incredible wild bay stretching miles to Swanage, providing easy access to the beautiful Isle of Purbeck peninsula and Corfe Castle. RSPB Arne and Poole Harbour are further attractions in this area west of Bournemouth, and continuing further along Dorset’s coastline is the incredible Jurassic Coast stretching west from Swanage.
