The Space:
Sea Breeze provides the ideal space for your stay in Bournemouth. With modern furnishings and high spec appliances throughout, this ground floor level apartment offers easy paced living.
The open plan kitchen/living area is tastefully decorated and benefits from a curved wall with patio outlook, truly reminiscent of the building’s art deco inspiration. Benefitting from integrated appliances (oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave), everything is in place for your culinary needs. The floor to ceiling windows provide natural lighting for enjoying meals at the dining table, whilst the four seater sofa and arm chair allow a comfortable and calm environment to kick back and relax.
Heading down the hallway, the next room is the second bedroom. Also with a curved wall, this room is well equipped to accommodate with clothes storage, double bed and a vanity unit/desk set up.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, built in wardrobe, ensuite (shower, basin, loo and heated towel rail) and direct patio access, perfect for morning coffees and flicking through pages of your current read.

Technology – Free WiFi available
Kitchen – Dishwasher, electric oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine.
Restrictions – No smoking at any time on property grounds. No pets. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum during the quiet hours of 11pm-8am.
The minimum age required for the lead guest is 18. Please note that if you are below the age minimum your booking will be cancelled.
Please note that upon confirming your booking, we kindly request all guests to complete a pre-check-in form as part of our security process. This helps ensure a safe and smooth experience for everyone during your stay.

- Strictly no smoking inside the property (penalty of £150.00 for non-compliance)
- If the property has been found to be in need of a deep clean after the guests departure the guest in question agrees to pay £100.00 to cover labour and additional cleaning

- We please ask all guests to respect our neighbours. Quiet hours operate from 11pm to 8am.
- Guests must manage waste as per the property manual, with a potential fee for non-compliance.

d. Disclaimer for Unauthorised Changes: Any unauthorised early check-ins or late check-outs will incur a penalty fee of £50 per additional hour overstayed. A late check-out may also lead to a relocation and/or cancellation fee if it results in a loss of income due to disruptions in subsequent bookings.
