Dann ging in runter, aber das personal im Rezeption arbeitet nur fürs Wohnheim und hat nichts mit der kurzfristigen Vermietung über Booking was zu tun. Sie haben mir aber geholfen den zuständigen Housekeeper zu erreichen, weil die Nummer von der Firma nicht abgehoben wurde. Nach einer Zeit hab ich dann ein neues Zimmer mit Bettwäsche und Handtücher bekommen, aber es hat dann noch Klopapier gefehlt und das Zimmer war...
